基于Web2.0的专利资源协同建设和管理方法与系统

【摘要】 专利资源正在成为越来越多的企业的重要财富之一,成为企业技术创新中不可或缺的一部分。传统的专利资源管理方法效率低下,并且管理模式简单,忽略了专利资源与员工之间的相互协作和管理,更忽略了专利资源的信息挖掘和分析。随着Web2.0技术的出现,一些Web2.0网站采用提升用户体验模式运作,逐步将Web2.0思想应用于企业管理,于是企业Web2.0管理软件开始兴起。为此,本文结合国家高技术研究发展专项(2007AA04Z101)“企业间专利资源协同管理模式及其软件使能技术研究”,以及宁波市科技计划项目“注塑机行业专利和标准协同建设及管理中的关键技术攻关”,研究如何利用网络技术、本体技术,尤其是web2.0技术进行专利资源的协同建设和管理,并对基于区域产业集群的专利池构建方法和技术进行了深入研究。论文研究的基于Web2.0的专利资源协同建设和管理方法包括:(1)区域产业集群的专利池协同建设方法:提出了基于Web2.0中的Wiki技术的面向区域产业集群的专利协同评价方法以及围绕技术标准的区域产业集群专利池协同建立方法。(2)专利资源协同建设和管理方法:在采用网络蜘蛛和Wiki方式获取企业专利资源的基础上,提出了专利资源协同获取和整理、专利资源的协同评价和专利资源协同挖掘和分析等方法。基于以上方法,使用SSH框架设计开发了基于Web2.0的专利资源协同建设和管理系统。对系统的主要功能模块进行设计,并对系统的关键技术如专利资源协同获取和整理、专利资源协同评价和专利资源协同挖掘和分析以及系统管理做了深入探讨。专利资源协同获取和整理模块实现了专利资源的自动获取、预处理,专利本体的协同建立,专利资源的主动推送和专利池协同建设及管理功能;专利资源协同评价模块实现了专利资源的重要性和相关性评价、评价结果展示技术以及专利评价报告生成技术的功能;专利资源协同挖掘和分析模块实现了专利知识的挖掘、行业专利预警分析、技术进化图建立以及技术路线图建立功能;系统管理模块实现了用户管理、权限管理、日志管理以及专利库管理功能。
【Abstract】 Patent resources is becoming one of the important wealth of enterprise, and also an indispensable part in the enterprise technological innovation. The traditional patent resource management method is inefficient and management mode is simple, and ignores the coordination and management between patent resources and employees, and also patent resource information mining and analysis.As Web2.0 technique appears, some Web2.0 websites were operated by improving user experience, gradually Web2.0 was used in enterprise management, and enterprise Web2.0 management software began to rise.Therefore, based on the project of national high technology research and development (2007AA04Z101):Research on the patent resource synergy between enterprises management mode and its software enabling technology and Ningbo hi-tech project:Research on the injection molding machine industry patents and collaborative construction and management of standard key technology, how to utilize the network technology, ontology technology, especially web2.0 technology to cooperatively construct and management patent resources was studied, and based on regional industry cluster of patent pool constructing methods and techniques were further studied.The paper studied the patent resources based on Web2.0 collaborative construction and management methods, including:(1) The regional industry cluster of patent pool collaborative construction methods:To use the Wiki technology of Web2.0 to propose patent pool collaborative construction method-facing regional industry cluster of patent collaborative evaluation method and around the regional industry cluster technology standard.(2) Patent resources collaborative construction and management methods:On the basis of using web spiders and Wiki to acquire enterprise patent resources, patent resource synergy acquisition and sorting, and the patent collaborative evaluation of resources and resource synergy mining analysis was put forward.Based on the above methods, the Web2.0 based patent resources collaborative construction and management system was designed and developed with SSH framework. This system’s main function modules were designed and the key technologies, such as the patent resource collaborative acquisition,sorting,evaluation,mining, analysis and system management, were deeply studied. The patent resource collaborative acquisition and sorting made it possible to realize the patent resources automatic acquisition and pretreatment, the collaborative establish of patent ontology, the initiative push of patent resources and the collaborative construction and management functions of patent pool; Besides, the patent resources collaborative evaluation made it possible to realize the importance and relevance of the patent resources, the display technology of evaluation result and the generation technology of patent evaluation report; Furthermore, The patent resource collaborative mining and analysis made it possible to realize the patents resource mining, the industrial patent warning analyzing, technological evolution map establishing and the technological roadmap establishing; Finally, the system management made it possible to realize the user management, the authority management, the log management and patent library management.
