茶树品种资源检索数据库的构建

【摘要】 中国茶区辽阔,茶类多样,有着非常丰富的茶树品种资源。随着茶的功能物质保健功能及其作用机理的日渐明晰,市场对茶叶的需求量逐年递增;茶产业的市场发展前景十分广阔。茶树品种是茶叶生产过程最重要的生产资料,也是影响茶叶产量和品质的重要因素;不同地区生产不同的茶类,需要选用不同形态特征、生理特性和化学特性的茶树品种。在农业信息化高速发展的今天,建立一个基于Internet的茶树品种资源检索数据库,实现茶树品种资源的自由查询和信息共享,对于茶产业的发展和茶树育种、栽培工作有着重要的指导意义。基于上述原因,本研究开展了以下四个方面的研究:1、对105个茶树品种的化学成分进行了检测,包括游离氨基酸总量、茶多酚含量、咖啡因含量和儿茶素类含量,为茶树品种特征数据库构建提供品种化学成分数据;2、借助现有公开出版文献、期刊、网络等多种途径搜集现有茶树品种形态特征等方面的相关信息,并对所搜集到的茶树品种的数据信息、图像信息、文字信息等进行统一化、标准化、规范化处理;3、根据实用性、标准化、可扩展性和易维护性四大设计原则,采用ASP.NET三层架构,以Microsoft Access作为后台数据库,以C#作为编程语言,以SQL作为数据库查询语言,用ASP.NET技术建立茶树品种资源检索数据库;4、安装IIS和花生壳,实现茶树品种资源检索数据库的Internet访问。建立的茶树品种资源检索数据库支持品种名搜索,别名搜索,以及指定检索项、检索词的特定搜索。收录的品种信息包括了品种的品种名、发芽期、氨基酸含量、茶多酚含量、咖啡碱含量、儿茶素含量、产量性状等32项性状描述;累计入编587个茶树品种(系)。本研究的主要创新点主要体现在:1、首次着重于茶树品种的经济性状对茶树品种资源进行了科学有效的信息化管理;2、采用了ASP.NET三层架构设计,ASP.NET技术和Microsoft Access结合开发,具有良好的可扩展性;3、区别于一般数据库网站和以往的作物种质资源信息系统,本系统是一个面向大众的专业品种资源信息查询系统。
【Abstract】 Tea is widely planted in China and there are many kinds of tea produced using materials from various tea cultivars. With the development of research on the healthy benefits of tea and its functional components, the demands of various teas are increasing. Tea industry is an ancient agribusiness and also a sunrise industry in the future. Tea cultivars are the basic means of tea production and important factor influcing tea yield and tea quality. In various tea producing areas where different teas are produced, tea cultivars with various morphological, physiological and chemical characteristics are needed. Agricultural informatization science is rapidly developing and widely used in plant breeding. The building of tea variety resources retrieval database based on Internet will meet the demand of independent queries of tea variety resources and the sharing tea industry information. It will be interesting for promoting the development of tea breeding and cultivation.Based on the above analysis, the present research was carried out from the following four aspects:Firstly, chemical compositions including amino acids, tea polyphenols, catechins and’caffeine in 105 tea cultivars were determined so as to providing chemical information for building the database. Secondly, data of morphological characteristic of various tea cultivars were collected through existing literatures, periodical papers and internetworks and normalization of the collected data were carried out. Thirdly, a retrieval database of tea cultivar resources is built based on ASP.NET three-tier structure, using Microsoft Access as the back-end database, C# as the programming language and SQL as the database query language. The design was carried out based on four principles, i.e., practicality, standardization, expandability and easy maintenance. Fourthly, IIS and Oray were installed so that tea cutlivars can be searched by visiting the retrieval database through the Internet by entering cultivar names, alias and/or specific terms. Information collected in the tea cultivar database includes 32-character descriptions, such as cultivar name, sprouting time, contents of amino acid, tea polyphenols, catechins, caffeine and yield potential.Highlight of innovation of the present paper includes:Firstly, data from 587 tea cultivars were scientifically and effectively managed based on economic characters. Secondly, the design was based on ASP.NET three-tier structure using ASP.NET and Microsoft Access technology, this retrieval database can easily be expended. Thirdly, the present retrieval database is a professional resources information system being exoteric to the public, which is different from other crop germplasm information system.
