防水丙烯酸酯乳液的研究

【摘要】 以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为主单体,以甲基丙烯酸和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为功能性单体,采用乳液聚合法,利用八甲基环四硅氧烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷对丙烯酸酯进行改性,合成了性能优异的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液,确定了最佳合成工艺:39.30g丙烯酸丁酯,33.70g苯乙烯,14.00g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,4.00g甲基丙烯酸,4.00gN-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,八甲基环四硅氧烷用量为6.90g,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷用量为3.45g,反应温度为86℃,反应时间为2小时。以石蜡乳液、苯乙烯及丙烯酸酯类单体为原料,采用核壳乳液聚合技术,制备了石蜡改性丙烯酸酯乳液,确定了最佳合成工艺:乳化剂总量为2.00g (0.75gUVAN-58、0.25gA-6820、1.00gLB-100),采用上海焦耳蜡业501号石蜡乳液,石蜡乳液用量为43.50g,主单体总量为87.00g(丙烯酸丁酯用量为39.30g,苯乙烯用量为33.70g,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯用量为14.00g),甲基丙烯酸用量为4.00g,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺4.00g的,去离子水用量为30.00g,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2小时。采用阳离子乳化剂,通过乳液聚合工艺,合成了阳离子丙烯酸酯乳液,确定了最佳合成工艺:1.15gHL双子阳离子乳化剂,1.25g吐温80,39.30g丙烯酸丁酯,33.70g苯乙烯,14.00g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,8.00g甲基丙烯酸,4.00gN-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,八甲基环四硅氧烷用量为6.90g,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷用量为3.45g,电解质用量为3.00g,反应温度为82℃,反应时间为2小时。

【Abstract】 Organic Silicon modified Arcylate Latex was prepared by emulsion polymerization based on the butyl acrylate, styrene and organic silicon etc. as raw material. The optical conditions as followed:39.30g butyl acrylate,33.70g styrene,14.00g methyl methacrylate, 4.00g acrylic acid,4.00g Acrylamide,6.90g octamethyl cyclobutasiloxane,3.45g vinyl triethoxysilane, reaction temperature is 86℃, Reaction Time is 2h. We can prepare product with excellent performance according to the technology.Wax modified Arcylate Latex was prepared by core-shell polymn based on the paraffin emulsion, styrene and acrylic ester etc. as raw material. The optical conditions as followed: 39.30g butyl acrylate,33.70g styrene,14.00g methyl methacrylate,4.OOg acrylic acid,4.00g acrylamide,43.50g paraffin emulsion, reaction temperature is 80℃, Reaction Time is 2h.we can prepare product with excellent performance according to the technology.Cationic Arcylate Latex was prepared by emulsion polymerization based on the cationic emulsifier, styrene and acrylic ester etc. as raw material. The optical conditions as followed: 1.15g HL cationic emulsifier,1.25g Tween 80,39.30g butyl acrylate,33.70g styrene,14.00g methyl methacrylate,8.00g acrylic acid,4.OOg acrylamide,6.90g octamethyl cyclobutasiloxan ,3.45g vinyl triethoxysilane, reaction temperature is 86℃, Reaction Time is 2h. we can prepare product with excellent performance according to the technology.
