【摘要】 英明的战略可以给企业带来竞争优势,但只有可靠的执行才能保持这种优势。成功的战略必须要转化成为贯穿企业管理全过程的实际行动,这对企业的生存与发展至关重要。然而遗憾的是,大多数企业并不精于此道。因此,研究如何有效执行战略这一问题必然具有较大的价值。本论文在以往战略执行研究文献的基础上,提出了一个在动态环境条件下影响企业战略有效执行的概念模型,在模型变量测度的基础上,对该模型所包含的假设进行了实证检验。本论文试图回答两个问题：第一,哪些因素影响到企业战略的有效执行?第二,环境动态性怎样调节影响因素与战略执行有效性之间的关系?围绕这两个问题,本论文采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的研究方法,对上述两个基本问题进行了较为深入的研究。我们对133家企业进行了问卷调查,在数据处理过程中,本文主要利用因子分析、方差分析和多元线性回归分析等方法对模型进行了实证检验。通过定量实证研究和理论探讨,本文主要得到如下结论：(1)不考虑环境动态性因素,战略宣贯度、体系保障和资源保障对于战略执行的有效性具有积极显著的作用,但是战略清晰度、战略参与度和领导支持对战略执行的有效性则没有产生显著影响。(2)环境动态性对影响因素与战略执行的有效性之间关系的调节作用确实存在：越是在变化剧烈的环境下,战略清晰度、战略参与度和领导支持对战略有效执行的贡献越小,而战略宣贯度却贡献越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 A brilliant strategy can put you on the competitive map, but only solid execution can keep you there.A successful strategy must be converted into action, and this is vital to the development of companies.Unfortunately, the majority of companies aren’t very good at it.lt is of value to society to find how to execute strategies effectively.This dissertation reviews past literature, develops a conceptual model involving environmental dynamics, influencing factors and the effectiveness of strategic execution, and develops measures to test hypotheses in the model.This paper attempts to answer two questions:Firstly, which factors affect the effectiveness of strategy execution? Secondly, how does environmental dynamics moderate the relationships between influencing factors and the effectiveness of strategy execution? Two methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research have been adopted to answer the above two basic questions.We surveyed 133 companies by using questionnaires.During the data processing,we mainly used factor analysis, analysis of variances and multiple linear regression to verify hypotheses in the model.After quantitative analysis and theoretical exploration, some important conclusions are as bellow:(1) Environmental dynamics not regarded, strategy spread, system support and resource support are significantly positive to the effectiveness of strategy execution, but strategy specificity, strategy involvement and leader support don’t significantly contribute to the effectiveness of strategy execution.(2)The moderation effects of environmental dynamics on the relationships between influencing factors and the effectiveness of strategy execution truly exist:the higher the environmental dynamics, the less the contribution of strategy specificity, strategy involvement and leader support, but the more the contribution of strategy spread.更多还原
