垂直式水下卡爪连接器结构设计及运动稳定性分析

【摘要】 海洋油气资源开发是海洋资源开发的一个重要方面,而海底输油气管道是油气资源开发的关键设施之一,海底管道回接技术又是水下生产系统的关键所在,主要应用于水下系统海底平台间软管与硬管的连接。国外海洋大国的海底回接技术飞速发展,而我国还没有完善的深水海底的回接施工技术体系。课题内容源于国家863计划项目“深水海底管道水下回接技术”的一部分,主要目的是研制具有自主知识产权的垂直式卡爪法兰连接器。本文介绍了国外发展比较成熟的几种连接器形式和海管回接工艺过程,对垂直式卡爪连接器实际工作原理和回接过程进行了阐述和分析。根据课题的实际要求提出了垂直式卡爪法兰连接器的整体设计方案和回接方式。依据美标中对卡箍的设计标准进行分析计算,结合国内石油行业管件的使用标准,再结合实际海况设计要求,利用三维软件SolidWorks设计出一套垂直式液压卡爪法兰连接机具,包括卡爪连接机构的设计、对接引导装置和液压控制系统的设计。对垂直式卡爪法兰连接器的关键零部件的结构强度进行了有限元分析计算,通过COSMOSMotion软件对卡爪连接器做了运动学仿真。对系统进行了垂直面内水下运动稳定性分析,证明了垂直式卡爪法兰机具水下运动的合理性,进一步说明系统结构设计的正确性,为垂直式卡爪法兰连接器的工程样机的研制提供一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Offshore oil and gas exploration is one of the important aspects of the marine resources exploitation, and the undersea oil and gas pipeline is the key facility to exploit oil and gas resources. Therefore, submarine pipeline tie-back technology which used to connect the flexible pipe or the rigid pipe is the basic point of Underwater Production System.The submarine pipeline tie-back technology has revealed a rapid development in some Ocean States, whereas there is still a blank in this field in our country.The research subject comes from the project "The study of offshore pipeline connection technology in deepwater", which is a part of the national "863" program. The purpose of the thesis is to R&D vertical claw flange connector of offshore pipeline with independent intellectual property right.First, based on research of the development status of the submarine pipeline connection technology in the worldwide, this paper focuses on several mature connection forms and means of pipeline tie-back technology from overseas as well as describes the actual work theory of vertical jaw connector, and analyses the Process of connection Based on the the actual needs of the subject, the general scheme and tie-back mod of the equipment is introduced.Second, the analysis and calculation about the clamp mechanism is executed based on American standard. Based on the pipe fittings standard in domestic oil industry and the design requirements for the actual sea state, the structure design of the equipment is performed with 3D design software of SolidWorks, which consists of mechanism design of the jaw connector, alignment device-oriented institutions and hydraulic control system.Last but not the least, in this paper, finite element analysis is applied on the structural strength of key components of the vertical flange connection jaw hydraulic machinery, and kinematics simulation is applied on jaw connector with the help of COSMOS Motion software.At the same time, The system dynamic dtability analysis of underwater in vertical plane is provided. From what has been discussed above it can prove that vertical flange jaw for underwater sports equipment is reasonable, furthermore, show that the system architecture design is correct.
