【摘要】 创新大学生思想政治教育是全面贯彻党的教育方针的内在要求,也是有效适应新时期社会发展要求的必然选择。论文围绕着“为什么要创新,谁来创新以及如何创新”的主线,对大学生思想政治教育创新进行了探索和研究,认为主要由五个方面的创新要素构成,分别是大学生思想政治教育的创新背景、创新主体、创新前提、创新原则和创新途径,并对这五个创新要素及其内在关联性进行了研究。论文分析了大学生思想政治教育的创新背景,从经济全球化的挑战、信息网络化的挑战、社会主义市场经济的挑战、高等教育改革的挑战等四个方面阐释了大学生思想政治教育创新必须面对并加以重视的背景问题。论文探讨了大学生思想政治教育的创新前提,指出解放思想是大学生思想政治教育创新的重要前提。解放思想,就是要求我们破除一切阻碍我们认识真理的各种错误思想、陈旧观念的束缚,破除一切不符合实际的迷信和偏见,克服思想僵化的状态,按照事物的本来面目去认识事物,努力使主观认识与客观实际相符合。将解放思想作为大学生思想政治教育创新的重要前提,深入分析解放思想与大学生思想政治教育创新的内在关系是本文的一个创新点。论文剖析了如何强化大学生思想政治教育主体——教育者和受教育者的创新能力,提出一方面教育者要注重学习研究、优化自身结构、加强培训交流以提升主体的创新素质;另一方面教育者要注重受教育者的主体性作用,培养受教育者的批判精神和实践能力。同时,还要注重家庭、社会、学校全员育人,让大学生在良好的环境氛围中培养自己的创新意识、创新能力。论文阐述了大学生思想政治教育的创新原则,提出大学生思想政治教育需遵循四条创新原则:坚持以马克思主义为指导,注重理论联系实际,坚持以人为本,倡导教育和自我教育相结合。创新原则的提炼是本文的另一个创新点。最后提出了通过提升“思政课”教学效果、注重调查研究、倡导生涯教育、拓宽实践途径、优化网络功能等五种方式拓展大学生思想政治教育的创新途径。创新大学生思想政治教育是当前全面提升高校思想政治工作水平的源泉和动力,五大创新要素之间相互作用,缺一不可,有着内在的辩证关联性,在创新过程中必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,高度重视,并切实采取有效措施,推动高校思想政治工作的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore innovation in ideological and political education is to fully implement the Party’s educational policies,and it is the inevitable choice of ideological and political education of college students to meet the requirements of social development in the new era .In this essay,I have explorations and studies about innovation for ideological and political education of college students around the main line "Why be innovative,who innovate, and how to innovate",which mainly consists of innovative elements in five aspects,namely, the background of ideological and political education innovation,the innovation subject,the innovation premise,innovation principles and innovation approaches, then I have done a certain amount of research on these five innovative elements and their intrinsic associations. This essay analyzes the background of innovation in ideological and political education of college students and explains some points in the background which we have to face and pay attention to about innovation in ideological and political education of college students from four aspects,namely the economic globalization trend,the popularity of network development,China’s economic and social development and China’s higher education reform.This essay probes into the innovation premise in ideological and political education of college students and points out that emancipating the mind is an important prerequisite for innovation in ideological and political education of college students. Emancipating the mind claims that we should break all bounds of mistaken ideas and antiquated concepts which impede us to realize truths and all superstitions and prejudices which don’t conform to reality,overcome the mental ossification and realizes things in accordance with the true colors of them in order to match subjective understanding with the objective reality. To regard emancipating the mind as an important factor of innovative premise in ideological and political education of college students and analyze the intenal relations between emancipating the mind and innovations of ideological and political education of college students is a innovation of this essay.This essay also analyzes how to strengthen ideological and political education of the innovation subject——educators and educatees’ability to innovate,and put forward some views:on the one hand, educators must pay attention to study and research,optimize its own structure and strengthen mutual training and communicating to enhance their own quality of innovation;On the other hand,educators should pay attention to the main role of the educatees,cultivate educatees’critical spirit and the spirit of practice. At the same time,we stress that family,society,school should educate people together,so that students can foster their own sense of innovation and innovation capability in a good ambience.Then it goes on to explain the innovation principles in ideological and political education of college students and puts forward four innovation principles which we should follow in ideological and political education of college students:we should adhere to regard the Marxist theoretical system as guidance,focus on integrating theory with practice,be people-oriented and achieve the combination of education and self-education. Refining of innovation principles is an another innovative point. Finally this essay presents raising the results of the ideological division,focusing on research,promoting lifelong learning,broadening practical approaches,and optimizing network functions as five kinds of ways to expand innovative ways of ideological and political education of college students.Innovation in ideological and political education is the the source and motive power to fully promote the working level of ideological and political education in colleges.The five innovative elements have interactions and none can be dispensable. They have internal dialectical relevance. In the process of innovation,we must adhere to regard scientific concept of development as guidance,attach great importance to ideological and political education in colleges and take effective measures to promote it to develop healthly.更多还原
