上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展研究

【摘要】 随着我国神舟六号、神舟七号的相继上天,嫦娥登月工程取得阶段性成功,整个社会对航天产业的重要性以及由其带来的社会经济效益有了更充分的认识,航天产业在国民经济中的作用日益显著。《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》明确了航天科技是未来创新的四大关键技术领域之一;《国家国民经济与社会发展“十一五”规划》提出大力发展航空航天产业的战略;同时,推进“航天闵行”建设是上海市委、市政府的重大战略决策。本文正是在这样的背景下,结合上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展的实际,对航天高科技产业的集群发展进行研究。本文首先对产业集群进行了理论回顾和文献综述,在对产业集群理论进行简要分析论述的基础上,构建上海航天科技产业园产业集群发展的影响因素分析模型,并据此分析了上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展的现状、国内外航天产业发展的趋势、产业集群发展的机遇、环境等,由此得出结论:上海航天科技产业园区建设还刚起步,但已经初步形成航天产业集群,因而进一步明确了上海航天科技产业园区的主导产业和配套产业发展的重点。其次,总结了美国硅谷、印度班加罗尔和北京中关村、上海张江高科技园区高新技术产业集群发展的成功经验。本文最后根据上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展的指导思想和目标,对上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展提出对策和建议。论文由七章组成:第一章阐述了研究的背景意义、国内外产业集群研究现状和相关概念界定等内容;第二章论述上海航天科技产业园区产业集群的相关理论基础;第三章对上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展的影响因素进行分析,并构建了影响因素的分析模型;第四章对上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展的现状、趋势、主导产业和配套产业等进行分析;第五章对国内外高新技术产业园区的成功经验进行总结;第六章根据上海航天科技产业园区产业集群发展的指导思想和目标,提出促进产业集群发展的对策和建议。最后一章对研究的内容进行简单的回顾和展望。
【Abstract】 With the Shenzhou VI, VII flying into the space, Chang E Project has made great progress. The whole society gradually realized the socioeconomic performance made by Aerospace Industry, which plays an important role in national economy. The National program for long-and-medium-term scientific and technological development cleared that: Aerospace science and technology is one of the four key technical innovative industries in the future. National economic and social development’s 11th five year plan proposed strategy to develop Aerospace Industry. Meanwhile, under the playground that Shanghai Municipal Government strives to promote Aerospace Minhang, the writer put great emphasis on how to develop industry cluster in shanghai Aerospace Park.Firstly, the writer reviewed the theory and literature of industry cluster. Then, based on the theories of industry cluster, the writer established an analysis model to study the good and bad factors that will affect the industry cluster development of Shanghai Aerospace Park, such as current situations, developing trend and so on. The writer made the conclusion that: although the Park just started to build, it has formed a little industry cluster and pointed out the leading and supporting industries of Shanghai Aerospace Park. Then, the writer learned successful experiences of American Silicon Valley, India Bangalore, China Zhongguancun and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. Finally, the writer gave certain advice on how to develop industry cluster.The essay is composed of seven chapters. The 1st chapter states the background of research, status of industry cluster’s research and definitions of related concepts. The 2nd chapter represents industry cluster theory. The 3rd chapter analyses factors that will affect Shanghai Aerospace Park, and establishes the analysis model. The 4th chapter tells current situation of Shanghai Aerospace Park, analyses the leading and supporting industries of Shanghai Aerospace Park. The 5th chapter sums up successful experience of the domestic and international high-tech industrial park. The 6th chapter gives some suggestions on how to develop industry cluster of Shanghai Aerospace Park. The last chapter respects the essay and prospects the future.
