【摘要】 企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning)(简称ERP)实现了对企业内部供应链的管理,侧重于企业内部业务流程的整合,通过融合企业内部各方面的资源改善企业的运营效率。4GL(Fourth-generation Language)(简称4GL),4GL不同于三代语言,其主要特征是用户界面极端友好,即使没有受过训练的非专业程序员,也能用4GL编写程序,是一种声明式、交互式和非过程性编成语言。4GL还具有高效的程序代码、智能默认假设、完备的数据库和应用程序生成器。企业信息集成是指企业在不同应用系统之间实现数据共享,即实现数据在不同数据格式和存储方式之间的转换,对于来源不同、形态不一、内容不等的信息资源进行系统分析、辨清正误、消除冗余、合并同类,进而产生具有统一数据形式的有价值信息的过程。信息集成对于优化企业业务流程,提高企业运营效率,降低企业运营成本,提高企业竞争力具有重要的意义。本文通过磨锐泵公司的一个ERP与MES系统进行信息集成的项目,研究了基于4GL实现ERP与其他系统进行信息集成的技术。论文的内容包括以下几个方面:1.研究并介绍了ERP的基本概念及发展,编程语言的发展,第四代语言4GL的基本概念及发展,企业信息集成的基本概念及发展,研究并介绍了国内外对企业信息集成的研究及应用现状,研究并分析了现有企业信息集成技术的特点及不足,并提出了有待改进及优化之处。2.在ERP与4GL理论的基础上,根据实践经验,提出了一个基于4GL实现ERP与其他系统进行信息集成的框架模型,并介绍了该模型如何解决通常情况下,ERP与其他系统接口开发与实施成本过高、难以维护与管理的问题。3.介绍了Sage X3 ERP系统及其4GL开发工具,并根据多年的Sage X3 ERP使用经验,总结了Sage X3 ERP系统中利用4GL进行接口开发的模式和具体应用。4.根据这一集成框架模型,结合Sage X3 ERP及其4GL开发工具,设计和实现了磨锐泵公司的ERP与MES系统的信息集成,对这一集成框架模型进行了具体应用及实例验证。5.介绍了采用这一集成框架模型所进行的企业信息集成的实际使用效果,并通过分析比较应用ERP与MES的信息集成前后的企业运营状况,得出了应用先进的企业信息集成技术给磨锐泵公司带来的各种有益的变化,包括:在生产过程中的信息流更加畅通、及时、准确;对企业各种生产资源的利用更加直观透明;加强了ERP对于生产管理的有效跟踪与控制;企业业务流程及管理方式的调整与优化有了决策的依据。6.通过实例验证,证明了这一集成框架模型理论的技术合理性以及现实的应用价值,总结了这一集成框架模型的特点,并发现了这一集成框架模型的不足之处,为以后的进一步理论研究打下了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise Resource Planning (Abbreviated ERP) realized the management of supply chain, focuses on the integration of enterprise business procedure, improves the running efficiency by synchronization of all the resources of enterprise.Fourth-Generation Language (Abbreviated 4GL), it’s different with 3GL. The main feature is user friendly, even if a non-professional programmer without any training, he can also write program with 4GL. It’s a declarative, interactive, nonprocedural programming language. 4GL has high efficiency programming code, intelligent default tentative, database and application generator.Enterprise information integration, realize data sharing within different application of enterprise, realize data exchange within different data format and storage type. It’s a procedure to analysis, correct and combine information resource from different source, form and content, then generate valuable information with uniform data format. Information integration is very important to optimize enterprise business procedure, improve running enterprise efficiency, reduce enterprise running cost, and improve enterprise competitive power.This paper, through an information integration project between ERP and MES in MORET, has researched the technology to realize the information integration between ERP and other system by 4GL. It includes several contents as below: 1. Researched and introduced the basic concept and development of ERP, the development of programming language, the basic concept and development of 4GL, the basic concept and development of enterprise information integration, researched and introduced the status of research on enterprise information integration at home and abroad, researched and analysis the feature and shortage of current integration technology, and submitted the point to be improved and optimized. 2. Base on the theory of ERP and 4GL, according to the experience, submitted a frame model to realize the information integration of ERP and other system by 4GL, and introduced how the model solve the usual problem for interface between ERP and other systems about high cost of development and implementation, difficulty of maintenance and management. 3. Introduced the Sage X3 ERP system and its 4GL development tools, and summarized the application of interface development by 4GL in Sage X3 ERP base on the experience. 4. According to the frame model of integration, designed and realized the information integration of ERP and MES by Sage X3 ERP and 4GL technology for MORET, applied and proved this frame model by instance. 5. Introduced the effect of enterprise information integration base on this frame model, analysis and compared the status of business procedure before and after implement the information integration of ERP and MES, summarized the valuable change to MORET after implement the advanced technology of enterprise information integration, including: the information flow in the manufacture procedure became more fluent, more timely, more exact; the higher visibility of usage of enterprise resource in the manufacture procedure; improved the traceability and controllability of production management; bring support to decision of adjustment and optimization for enterprise business procedure and management. 6. Through the instance, approved the reasonability of technology and application value in reality, summarized the feature of the frame model of integration, found disadvantage of it, bottom for the future research on theory.更多还原
