基于RFID的熏蒸管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 每年我国出口的集装箱箱量巨大,许多集装箱在出口之前都要经过熏蒸,以确保出口的植物产品没有病虫害。检验检疫机构在日常工作中只能检验检疫其中的一部分集装箱,这就造成了很多有“问题”的集装箱侥幸输出国外。通常采用的随机抽查查验的方式有很大的漏洞,而且也不是非常科学。即使发现问题检验检疫机构也很难进行追溯,检验检疫机构需要寻找一种科学的方法来提高查验效率。所以这就为射频识别技术(RFID,Radio Frequency Identification Technology)在检验检疫行业的大显身手奠定了基础。RFID是一种先进的自动识别技术;本文以RFID理论和技术为主线,结合熏蒸监控工作实际,对基于RFID的熏蒸管理系统进行分析和设计,利用RFID技术来实现熏蒸货物的跟踪与追溯。本文研究了熏蒸管理系统的应用框架,分析了基于RFID的熏蒸管理系统的应用流程。然后重点阐述了熏蒸管理系统的设计,设计了系统的总体架构和功能结构,阐述了熏蒸管理系统中的数据应用标准,设计了电子标签的数据格式和数据库。本文对熏蒸货物跟踪与追溯子系统进行了详细的设计,通过分析熏蒸货物跟踪与追溯子系统的逻辑架构、应用框架、内部角色及功能,设计了基于RFID技术的熏蒸货物跟踪与追踪子系统的架构。此子系统体系内的核心角色包括:编码解析服务器,熏蒸货物溯源服务器,信息服务器。本文还研究了动态信息追踪机制和流程,并对信息服务器和熏蒸货物溯源服务器进行设计。为了确保RFID可以在此系统中应用,通过实验证明熏蒸不会对于RFID的读取产生影响。本文最终实现了数据管理子系统和熏蒸货物跟踪与追溯子系统,并展示出一套供应链产品信息追踪演示方案,对RFID物品进行跟踪与追溯。

【Abstract】 The number of the exported containers is large every year. Before the export, some containers need to be fumigated to ensure that the insects are not brought to foreign countries. The inspection and quarantine department could only inspect and quarantine a part of them in the routine works, and that resulted many“problematic”containers entering into our borderline by good luck. The usual method of the spot checking at random showed much shortcomings and being not very much scientific, thus the inspection and quarantine department need to find a comparable way to enhance the checking efficiency. So this establishes the base for FRID’s struting it’s stuffing in the inspection and quarantine vacation. Radio frequency identification technology (FRID) is a kind of advanced automatic identification technology. In this paper, RFID theory and technology acted as the mainline, combined with the fumigation control practice, the analysis was performed on RFID’s fumigation management system in exit and entry works, and the cyberization and automatization of the fumigation management were realized by using RFID technology.And this paper pays attention on the design of the fumigation management system which includes the design of the general framework together with the function structure. Furthermore, the paper elaborates the data application standard of the fumigation management system, the design of the data format of the electronic label, and the design of the data base of the system.In addition, the tracking system and its sub-tracking system for the fumigated products which are designed based on the RFID technology, by analyzing the logic framework, application framework, and the function of the systems, are described in the paper. The key elements of the sub-tracking system include: code analysis server, fumigated products tracking server, and the information server. The paper studies the dynamic tracking information mechanism and process, and designs the information server and the fumigated products tracking server.To ensure the feasibility of the application of the RFID in the system, the experiments have been used to demonstrate the fumigation would not affect the reading of the RFID. And finally, the paper realized the sub-data management system and the tracking system together with its sub-tracking system for the fumigated products, and provided information tracking demo program of the products of the supply chain which could trace the products of RFID.
