【摘要】 区域物流系统是城市和区域经济发展的基础,随着经济区域化的发展,区域物流系统对周边地区的综合服务作用增大,因此建立一个高效的区域物流系统就越来越重要。我国政府在2009年通过了《现代物流业调整和振兴规划纲要》,物流业被纳入国家行业振兴规划,这对我国物流行业的发展具有巨大的推动作用。自从国家物流振兴计划实施以来,物流发展已经成为区域经济发展的重要环节,高效的区域物流系统能够有效促进区域的快速发展。但是由于缺乏沟通和协调,各个地区的物流规划更多是从当前利益以及国家物流振兴规划考虑,很少考虑到我国地域间物流发展差距较大,从而导致了部分地区的物流投资过大,重复建设多的局面,不仅占用了大量的城市发展资金,同时也影响物流市场的有序发展,甚至阻碍当地物流水平的提升。因此,各地区的物流振兴规划,需要结合当地的物流供给、需求、物流发展水平。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究的基础上,探讨区域物流系统与经济之间的关系,并通过对物流供需均衡情况进行分析评价,进而为区域物流系统的构建和改善提供支持。通过数据包络分析从宏观角度研究区域物流系统供需规模均衡情况,使用空间相互作用模型,研究了区域物流系统的供需结构均衡情况,从而为区域物流体系规划以及物流网点布局规划做理论依据；并进一步探讨了开拓流市场的途径,论证区域物流系统规划的经济社会环境效益及风险分析,为柳州制定物流政策提供科学合理的、可操作性强的、定性与定量相结合的决策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban and regional logistics system is the basis for regional economic development. With the development of economy, the regional logistic system plays a more important role in the region economy. Therefore, how to build an efficient logistics system will become more important. Chinese government adopted the "Modern Logistics Industry Restructuring Planning" in 2009. This plan can make great impetus for logistic industry.The development of logistic have became an important part in regional economy. A high efficient regional logistic system can promote economic development. However, the lack of communication and coordination, consideration on current profit and national policy, some logistic planning’s don’t regard to the large gap in different areas in China.Therefore, the regional government should regard to the local supply, demand, logistics development when they make the planning. This paper analyzed the element of regional logistic system and the relationship between logistic and economy. After the analysis, the paper evaluated the scale and construction of logistic supply& demand by DEA and Willson Model, and makes the further explore to open new logistics markets. The research makes the support for Liuzhou logistics decision.更多还原
