【摘要】 慢性进行性眼外肌麻痹是一种线粒体疾病,主要表现为上睑下垂及眼球活动受限,组织病理表现主要为不整红边纤维(RRF)及缺失细胞色素C氧化酶(COX)纤维。目前尚无有效根治方法,一般针对上睑下垂行对症性的手术治疗,由于患者提上睑肌肌力往往很差,所以宜选择额肌悬吊术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic progressive external ophthalmoplegia is a mitochondrial disease, characterized by ptosis and the limitation of ocular movements. The findings on muscle biopsy include the ragged-red fibers and COX-negative fibers. Effective treatment does not exist, so surgery of the ptosis as a palliative measure is the only treatment option. Considering the poor levator function, frontalis suspension surgery becomes the most recommended option.更多还原
