高职院校院系办公信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机和网络技术的迅猛发展和普及,企事业单位和政府机关利用管理信息系统来管理日常工作已成为一种趋势。在较早使用管理信息系统的单位,这种管理方式已大大提高了办公工作的效率和质量,显现出了其较强的优越性。目前,高职院校校级职能部门都建立了针对日常职能工作的管理信息系统,但处在教学科研管理一线的院系还没有建立专属自己且功能较为完备的信息系统。为了把院系的教学科研、教师人事、学生管理等日常工作纳入信息化、网络化管理,提高其工作效率和办公质量,作者针对高职院校院系现状,结合其实际情况,以某高职院校数学系的办公管理工作为背景,设计实现了一个涵盖院系办公工作所有重要环节的办公信息系统。该系统采用先进的B/S架构,运用PHP技术平台,并结合JavaScript语言,以MySQL为后台管理数据库设计开发,保证了技术架构的合理性、适用性和前瞻性。系统分为用户管理、新闻管理、教师管理、学生管理、课程管理、班级管理、信息查询等7个部分,实现了以下主要功能:多个角色用户对系统的使用管理;教师对个人信息、教学科研情况的录入、修改、上报、查询及学生对个人基本信息的管理;院系对教师教学科研信息的审核、年终教师工作量计算考评;院系新闻公告的审核发布;院系对课程和班级的信息化管理。本论文分析总结了系统开发的背景和国内发展现状,在此基础上提出了系统解决的主要问题和技术路线,并采用统一建模语言UML为分析描述语言,对高职院校院系的日常办公工作进行了详细的需求分析,对系统的功能模块架构和详细设计进行了深入的描述,最后给出了系统部分功能的实现过程和主要源代码,并对系统进行了测试、评价和展望。该系统已设计完成,现已进入了全面的调试和试运行阶段。系统的实施将有效地改变或改善院系当前工作的状况,满足了院系日常工作的需求,加快全校信息化改革的进程。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development and popularization of computer and network technology, it has already become a trend that using management information system to manage the daily work for enterprise, public institution and government agencies. The enterprises which use management information systems at early time have greatly improved work efficiency and quality, showing the advantage of its strong superiority. At present, the vocational colleges have all established management information systems for the daily functions of work in school-level functional department, departments which are responsible directly for teaching, researching and management failed to establish their own proprietary and feature a comparatively complete information system.In order to realize the routine work, like teaching, research, faculty and students affairs through information and network management, to improve work efficiency and quality, the writer designed and implemented an office management information system covering all joints of office work, based on the status quo of the departments in these vocational colleges and a certain department’s instance. This system adopts the advanced B/S structure, PHP technology platform, JavaScript language, along with MySQL being used as back-management database, making the technique consistent, applicable and promising.This system includes seven parts:user management, information management, teacher management, student management, curricula management, class management, information queries; its main functions as follows:multi-users’administration; teachers’ input, modifying, reporting and inquiring of personal information, teaching and research, and students’self-management over their personal basic information; assessment of teachers’teaching and research information, year-end work evaluation; departmental press censorship and class and curricula management.This paper analyzes and summaries the backgrounds of this system and the domestic development situation. Furthermore it proposes the main issues and techniques, and elaborates the daily needs of college’s work, the functional modules of system structure and design specifics by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as analysis description language. Finally, it lists some realizations of system features, key source code, as well as the system testing, evaluation and future plans.The system has finished designing, and is now on the comprehensive testing and trial operation stage. The implementation of this system will effectively change or improve the department’s working condition, thereby satisfying its daily needs and accelerating the informatization around school.
