基于.NET的校园综合管理系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的和网络技术的发展,教育的信息化建设越来越受到重视。教学和管理是当今高校的主要日常工作,采用传统的管理模式费时费力,本文通过研究建立了一个适应需求变化的校园综合管理系统,将学校人员从繁琐的日常管理工作中解放出来专心从事于教学研究工作,提高了教学和管理的效率。本文所研究校园综合管理系统以Visual Studio.NET为开发平台,以Visual C#为开发语言,以SQL Server为数据库系统,融合Ajax技术,通过组件来实现对数据和应用逻辑的封装,用Web服务向外部提供信息,用ASP.NET和Windows Forms来设计用户界面,用AOD.NET实现对数据存取。本系统力求整合高校的管理体制、信息资源,融合管理科学、信息科学、系统科学、现代通信技术、计算机技术为一体的综合性管理系统。文章介绍了系统的设计的总体方案,用UML建模语言进行了系统建模分析,以辅助考核子系统为例介绍了系统的详细设计与开发。本文通过对.NET关键技术的研究,在比较各种校园综合管理系统和辅助考核系统的基础上,提出了一种基于.NET的校园管理系统设计思想和方案,研究了基于.NET的数据库开发中常用的主要技术及其实现方法和过程,在三层架构的基础上,运用B/S结构来构建整个体系,在对系统建模方法进行研究的基础上,采用统一建模语言UML对整个系统进行了建模分析。在辅助考核系统的设计中对组卷算法进行了重点研究,指出了现有的组卷算法存在的缺陷,在基于遗传算法的组卷算法的基础上,提出了遗传算法和洗牌算法相结合的分层结构的组卷策略,并应用于本辅助考核系统中。该组卷策略提高了试卷质量,使生成的试卷更客观、更科学、更有区分度,且能有效防止学生作弊,提高了考试的科学性和客观性。系统以某职业学院为原型,该系统的实现对简化工作流程、提高数据的通用性和安全性具有一定的作用,系统查询快捷,操作简单,大大节省人力资源,还更有利于规范管理结构、提高管理水平。所以本系统的研发具有很大的现实意义和参考价值,对其他院校的管理系统的研发具有借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer and internet technology, education informatization has become more and more important. Teaching and management are routine work of colleges. It’s a time-consuming affair with the traditional management mode. The Integrated school Management System has been established, which frees the people in college from tedious work to concentrate on teaching and researching, and enhances the teaching and management efficiency.With Visual Studio.NET as platform, Visual C# as the development language, SQL Server as the database system, the Campus Integrated Management System has been developed in this paper, which integrates with Ajax, and data and application logic are packaged by components, information is provided with web services, the user interface is designed with ASP.NET and Windows Forms, and data is accessed with ADO.NET. This system seeks to integrate the management system, information resources, which is the integration of management science, information science, system science, modern communications technology, and computer technology. In this paper, the overview of this system is introduced firstly, then the systematic model of this system is builed with UML. According to the Computer-aided Testing subsystem, this paper introduced the detailed design and development of system.Based on researching of key technology of. NET and comparing various of campus integrated management system and computer-aided testing system, a design idea of cumpus integrated management system is proposed in this paper. The major technology, implementation methods and processes of database development of.NET are researched. This system is build with B/S based on the three-tier architecture. The systematic model is builed with UML based on the sudy of system modeling.Focusing on the study of Assembling Test Paper Algorithms in the design of Computer-aided Testing subsystem, we point out the defects of Existing Assembling Test Paper Algorithms. A new constitute algorithm of test paper based on the combining of Genetic Algorithms and Stacking Shuffling is proposed, and applied in this Computer-aided Testing subsystem. This algorithm prevented cheating effectively, and improved the objectivity of the exam by improving the objectivity, Scientificity, differentiation of the test paper.The prototype of this system is a vocational college. The implementation of this system simplifies the work processes and improves the universality and security of data. Because of heigh reaction velocity and friendly user interface, this system saves human resources and improves management level considerably. Therefore, the development of this system has great practical significance and reference value to other college.
