基于802.11r的无线局域网漫游技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 目前无线局域网快速漫游一般使用简单的安全策略以保证漫游速度。但简单的安全策略存在较大的安全隐患,难以支撑企业级的应用。IEEE802.11r协议提出的RSN网络的快速漫游方案能够在保证安全性的同时显著提高漫游速度。IEEE802.11r协议是基于自治式WLAN架构提出的。本文通过对IEEE802.11r协议的研究,给出了一种在集中式WLAN架构下RSN网络快速漫游的实现方案。具体完成了两个方面的工作:一方面添加了漫游策略的配置命令;另一方面实现了IEEE802.11r协议规定的FT初始化关联过程和FT协议切换过程。本方案能将漫游过程的帧交互减少到4帧,因而加快了无线终端的漫游速度。另外,本方案采用三层密钥结构进一步增强了无线网络的安全性,实现了安全快速的漫游。测试结果表明,漫游过程符合协议要求,漫游速度较快,方案效果良好。
【Abstract】 Currently, simple security policy is generally used to ensure high roaming speed, when wireless LAN fast roaming takes place. But it is difficult for simple security policy to support enterprise-class applications, because of the big security risk of that policy.Fast-roaming solution proposed by IEEE802.11r protocol in RSN network can ensure the security while significantly improving the roaming speed. IEEE802.11r protocol is proposed based on autonomous WLAN architecture. In this dissertation, a solution in the realization of WLAN roaming in RSN based on centralized WLAN architecture is proposed by studying IEEE802.11r protocol. Two specific aspects of the work are completed. Configuration commands of roaming strategy are added. Furthermore, the two processes of FT initial mobility domain association and the FT protocol are achieved. The solution can reduce the number of interaction frames during the roaming process to 4, thus accelerating the speed of wireless terminal roaming. In addition, the solution has enhanced wireless network security by using three-level key structures and achieves a secure fast roaming. Test results show that the process of roaming meets the protocol’s requirement, roaming faster and the program effectively.
