微光夜视摄像系统的研究

【摘要】 微光夜视系统中,摄像物镜是其中一个非常重要的部件,其成像质量的好坏直接影响到微光夜视系统的探测性能。微光夜视系统的作用距离受到诸多因素的影响,因此在设计一部新仪器之前,对系统所能达到的最远或极限观察距离应有一个较准确的预测,或根据观测距离进行系统设计,确保仪器达到良好的观察效果是非常必要的。本论文通过研究确定了微光夜视摄像物镜参数、像增强器型号、转像物镜参数、CCD光电成像器件型号。然后根据摄像物镜的参数选择合理的初始结构,利用ZEMAX光学设计软件校正像差。并在像差校正结束后,进行公差分析,通过多次收缩公差,达到设计要求。

【Abstract】 In the low light level night vision system, camera lens is an important part whose quality of imaging can make a real difference to the performance of the whole system. The distance in operation is always affected by many causes. So before designing a new apparatus, it is necessary to calculate exactly the distance that the system can reach, and meanwhile, to guarantee the observation results by projecting the detectable-distance. Through the research, the thesis defines the parameters of the camera lens in the low light level night vision system, image intensifier models, parameters of the turning lens and CCD sensitization device models. Then according to the parameters of the camera lens and the software of optical design with ZEMAX, the logical original structure will be selected and the aberration correction will be done. Following the correction, there will be tolerance analysis and repeated analysis contraction which should make it meet the design requirements basically.
