面向灌装输送线设计的仿真技术研究

【摘要】 本论文结合浙江省制造业信息化优先主题重点项目“食品饮料机械产品数字化设计与制造集成平台的开发与应用”(编号:2008C11005),对灌装输送线设计过程中所需要的仿真技术进行分析研究,灌装输送线是典型的定制设计产品,其设计过程分为布局设计、结构设计和运动设计。本文研究了面向灌装输送线设计各阶段的仿真技术支持。第一章介绍了本文的研究背景、研究范围和研究目标,通过对国内外相关研究现状的分析,确定了研究对象,在此基础上提出了论文研究的主要内容,并给出了论文的组织结构。第二章分析了面向灌装输送线设计的仿真技术。通过分析灌装输送线的设计流程,对设计过程出现的问题进行了分析,并讨论了基于仿真的灌装输送线设计方法,最后提出了仿真系统的体系结构和功能模型。第三章研究了支持灌装输送线布局设计的物流仿真方法,对布局设计过程进行了需求分析,从仿真功能设计和仿真实现流程介绍了物流仿真模块的设计过程,提出了物流仿真建模过程,并分析了物流仿真及改进过程。第四章研究了支持灌装输送线结构设计的装配分析与仿真模块,对结构设计过程进行了需求分析,从仿真功能设计和仿真实现流程介绍了装配分析与仿真模块的设计过程,提出了装配分析与仿真建模过程,并分析了装配分析与仿真过程。第五章研究了支持灌装输送线运动设计的运动分析计算与仿真模块,对运动设计过程进行了需求分析,分析研究了不同情况下的运动分析计算与仿真模型,并提出了运动分析计算与仿真模块的设计过程。最后对论文的研究工作进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 Combined with the Manufacturing Information priority themes Key Project of Zhejiang Province, The development of the integrated platform of digital product design and manufacture and its application on food and beverage industry, this paper did a research on the simulation technology required for in the design process of the Beverage-packaging production line. Beverage-packaging production line is a typical custom design product, and the design process is divided into the layout design, structural design and motion design. This paper discusses simulation supports for the design of beverage-packaging production line.Chapter 1, Introduces the paper’s research background, research filed and target, Expound the current research status of the related literatures, and make a decision what to be researched. Propose the paper’s main contents and finally give the organization frame of the paper.Chapter 2, analyzes the simulation technology required for in the design process of the Beverage-packaging production line, by analyzing the design process of the Beverage-packaging production line, analyze the problems of the design process and discuss the design methodology based on the simulation technology, conclude the architecture and functional model of the simulation system.Chapter 3, studies logistics simulation for layout design, analyzes the need of the layout design process, describes the design process of the logistics simulation module from the simulation function design and simulation process, Proposes the modeling process of logistics simulation, and analyzes logistics simulation and optimization of logistics process.Chapter 4, studies assembly analysis and simulation for structural design, analyzes the need of the structural design process, describes the design process of the assembly analysis and simulation module from the simulation function design and simulation process, Proposes the modeling process of assembly analysis and simulation, and analyzes assembly analysis and simulation and optimization of assembly process.Chapter 5, studies motion analysis and simulation for motion design, analyzes the need of the structural design process, analyzes the various situations of the motion analysis and simulation model, and proposes a motion analysis and simulation module design process. At last, summarizes and prospects to this paper.
