面向离散制造的订单跟踪与产品质量追溯系统研究

【摘要】 为了解决面向订单与面向库存混合生产的离散制造企业订单执行过程信息分散,导致订单执行情况无法跟踪,产品质量无法追溯的问题,对订单的执行过程进行分析,建立了基于关键节点的订单跟踪与产品质量追溯模型,研究了系统实现的关键技术。最后,设计并实现了面向离散制造的订单跟踪和产品质量追溯系统,提高企业的订单按时交付能力和实现产品质量的追溯。主要的研究内容如下:第一章阐述了论文研究的背景。回顾了离散制造业和制造业信息化面临的挑战,分析了订单实时跟踪与产品质量追溯的重要意义。在总结相关领域的研究现状后,提出了目前相关研究存在的不足和有待进一步解决的问题,介绍了本文的主要研究内容,形成了论文的总体框架。第二章分析了订单在企业内部的业务,建立了基于关键节点的订单跟踪与产品质量追溯模型,分析了系统的功能需求和数据需求,形成了系统的总体框架。第三章首先分析了订单跟踪的策略,接着提出了订单执行状态统计指标体系。分析了产品及其组成零部件批次的形成过程,提出了基于产品批次清单的产品质量追溯原理。最后,结合系统的数据需求,设计了基于RFID的数据采集方案。第四章介绍了系统的设计及实现。分析了系统的硬件构成和数据库,对系统各个功能模块进行了设计和实现。系统的测试运行结果显示,企业的按时交付能力和质量控制能力得到了明显的提高。第五章对全文进行了总结与展望。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the program that the order fulfillment process is not transparent and the produce quality cannot be retrospective in the MTO(manufacturing to order) and MTS(manufacturing to stock) mixed-mode discrete Manufacturing caused by the order fulfillment process information scattering, the thesis analyze the fulfillment process of the order, built the key nodes based order tracking and produce quality tracing model and studied the key technologies for system implementation. Finally the order tracking and the produce quality tracing system was designed and developed to help to improve the capability of order delivery on-time and realized the product quality traceability.In chapter 1, the thesis research background was elaborated. Firstly, the production model and the challenge of the manufacturing information in the discrete manufacturing were reviewed, than the thesis analyzed the importance of the order tracking and the produce quality tracing in the MTO discrete manufacturing. After summing up the status of quo-related research in the field, the current research gaps and issues to be further solved was put forward. After introduced the research content and the research ideas of the thesis, the overall organization framework of the whole thesis research contents was described at the end of this chapter.In chapter 2, the key nodes based order tracking and product quality tracing model was built after the analysis of the order fulfillment process whiten the enterprise. Combined with the function and the data requirement of the system, the framework of the system was built.In chapter 3, after analyzed the strategy of the order tracking, the statistical indicator system for the order performance was gave. On the base of the analysis of the formation of the batch of the product and its component parts, the produce batch list based quality tracing method was put forward. Finally, according to the data requirement of the system, the RFID-based order process data collection method was gave.In chapter 4, the program of how to design and develop the system was discussed. Firstly, after analyzed the total designing ideas, combined with the system framework and the key technology of the system, the hardware structure and database model was built, then how to design and realize the function module of the system was introduced. After its test in an automotive electric motor company, it showed that the capability of the order delivery on time and quality control was improved obviously.In chapter 5, the whole research in this thesis and prospects for future research work were summarized.
