疾控中心实验室可持续设计研究

【摘要】 CDC建筑是所有民用建筑中较为复杂和特殊的建筑类型之一,正是这些复杂性和特殊性使CDC建筑区别于其它建筑,形成了独特的专业设计领域。本课题在系统的理论思想和设计方法的基础上,通过对CDC实验建筑发展趋势和节能、环保、灵活性等方面的研究,寻求CDC实验建筑可持续设计中的问题与矛盾所在、协调与解决的途径,以及建筑师的立场和对策。论文在分析CDC实验室本身所具有的特点,并综合当代实验室对灵活使用和远期改造等考虑的基础上,从总体布局、单体建筑平面设计、单体建筑竖向设计等方面探讨CDC实验室的可持续设计方法和策略,并结合实际工程,以PKPM节能模拟为辅助手段,在建筑方案设计层面上对建筑单体平面、竖向设计等方面进行模拟分析,为CDC实验室建筑设计方案优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 CDC building is a complex and special type of all the civil buildings,which makes it develop a unique professional design fields,distinguished from other buildings.Based on the systems theory and design methods,sustainable design issues and contradictions in CDC laboratory are researched here,by analyzing CDC building development trends,energy-saving,environmental protection and flexibility of design. The means to solve the problems,the architects’ position and countermeasures are also suggested.The characteristic of CDC laboratory is analyzed.Based on the consideration of the flexibility and long-term transformation of contemporary laboratory,it is explored that sustainable design strategies of CDC laboratory in aspects of the general layout, single building plane design,vertical design and so on.Combined with practical projects,the energy consumption simulation is conducted with PKPM software to analyze architectural design and optimize the design of CDC Lab Architecture for reference.
