汽车车身控制器局域网系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 随着汽车电子技术的迅速发展,汽车自动化程度的不断提高,各电子控制单元需要采集的信号也越来越多,车身布线亦变得更加复杂。因此,如何实现数据信息在不同控制单元中的共享,简化车内线束,优化汽车控制就显得尤为重要。汽车网络,即汽车总线技术的研究与应用有效地解决了上述问题。目前,总线技术在国外汽车工业中的应用已经十分广泛,但是由于我国的汽车工业起步较晚,技术发展不够成熟,汽车网络技术的研发应用才刚刚开始。通过对国内外汽车网络技术相关研究与应用的广泛调研,本文介绍了汽车网络和总线技术的发展现状及趋势。在参阅了大量资料的基础上,对国际上广泛采用的高性能、低成本的汽车控制器局域网(CAN总线)技术的原理及整车应用情况进行了研究和吸收,给出了基于控制器局域网的车身控制系统的解决方案。作为一种具体应用,从系统的总体结构出发,对系统进行了分模块建立CAN总线节点,对节点模块的硬件构成及软件开发作了相应的技术分析,并以此对系统硬件设计中的元器件进行了严格筛选,对系统软件开发进行了优化设计,给出了控制模块的主要硬件电路和软件流程,对各模块及系统的软硬件进行了调试和完善。实现了车门锁、车灯、车窗、雨刮、后视镜等车身电器负载的数字化、网络化控制。通过装车实验,结果表明本文制定的方案切实可行,系统性能稳定、运行可靠,达到了设计的预期要求。本文所阐述的车身控制系统不仅大大简化了传统车身线束系统,方便了故障诊断,降低了汽车维修工作量,减轻了整车重量,降低了成本,并且通过对各电器负载的数字化改造实现了系统的网络智能化,提高了操控的可靠性。希望本文对汽车控制器局域网所做的相关研究能够为我国摆脱该产品技术对国外的依赖,开发具有自主知识产权的汽车CAN总线产品提供一点参考思路。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of automobile electronic technology and the enhancement of automation’s degree, more and more signals are required to be collected by every electronic control unit, thus the bodywork’s wiring becomes more complicated. Therefore, the realization of sharing data information in different control units, the simplification of car body wiring harness and the optimization of vehicle control become particularly important. Fortunately, the research and application of automobile network, i.e. the vehicle bussing technique, solve the above problems effectively. To date, the bus technology has already been widely used in automobile industry in foreign countries. However, the research and development of automobile network technology has just started in our country due to the late initial step of automobile industry and the prematuration of technology’s development.After wide investigation of domestic and overseas’related research and application of automobile network, this paper introduces current development and tendency of automobile network and bus technology. Solution of car body control system is given based on the controller local area network after studying and absorbing the high-performance and low-cost automobile controller local area network (CAN bus) technique’s principle and application, which are based on mass data. As a specific application, from the overall structure of the system, this article modularly establishes CAN bus node, analyzes the hardware and corresponding software of the node module, rigorously screens the components of the system’s hardware design, optimizes the design of system‘s software development, and gives the main hardware circuits and software processes of control module, as well as debugs and improves the soft and hardware of every module and system. The digitizing and networking control of car door locks, lights, windows, wipers, mirrors and other vehicle electrical devices have been realized. Results obtained from installation experiments show that this design scheme comes up to the expecting requirement which is practical and the system performance is stable and reliable. The car body control system expounded in this paper not only greatly simplifies the traditional bodywork’s wiring harness system, facilitates malfunction’s diagnosis, lowers workload of vehicle maintenance and reduces vehicle weight and cost, but also improves the reliability of control and realizes system’s intellectualization by the digital transformation of the electrical devices. Hopefully, research on the automobile controller local area network in this paper could be a contribution to our country to get rid of reliance of the product’s technology on that of foreign countries.
