【摘要】 本试验通过肌肉注射不同剂量的复方微量元素注射液“生命元”,研究其对波尔山羊生产性能及血液生理、生化指标的影响,探讨“生命元”提高生产性能的机理及最适添加量,为临床运用提供科学依据。将体重为13kg±1.0kg的3月龄雄性健康波尔山羊24只,随机分为4组,每组6只。其中Ⅰ组为对照组,饲料添加微量元素;Ⅱ组(低剂量组)、Ⅲ组(中剂量组)、Ⅳ组(高剂量组)分别按0.5ml/kg、1.0ml/kg、2.0ml/kg肌肉注射“生命元”。按计划测定“生命元”注射前1d(记为0d)及注射后第15d、30d、45d、60d波尔山羊的采食量、体重、血液生理和生化指标。结果表明:1.“生命元”能提高日采食量,试验期0d～60d内Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组日增重分别比Ⅰ组高13.82%、31.91%和21.28%,料重比分别降低7.96%、12.77%和9.06%。Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组间存在显著差异(P＜0.05)。2.“生命元”能显著提高波尔山羊的红细胞数和血红蛋白含量。60d时,Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组红细胞数显著(P＜0.05)高于Ⅰ组,分别为13.08%、8.71%,Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组血红蛋白含量显著(P＜0.05)高于Ⅰ组,分别为8.03%、9.58%。3.“生命元”能提高血清微量元素铜、锌含量。45d时,Ⅲ组的铜、锌含量分别比Ⅰ组提高48.38%、19.93%,可见显著差异(P＜0.05)。4.“生命元”能改善波尔山羊基础代谢水平,提高波尔山羊血糖、总蛋白含量,却不甚显著,但Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组相比,能显著降低血清尿素氮含量达22.03%(45d)、降低总胆固醇含量达21.92%(60d)。5.“生命元”能通过提高波尔山羊谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与超氧化物歧化酶活力来增强机体抗氧化的能力。结论:复方微量元素注射液“生命元”能提高波尔山羊血清微量元素铜、锌含量,并能改善糖、蛋白质和脂肪代谢,提高生产性能。另外,还能提高红细胞数和血红蛋白含量,提升谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧歧化酶活力,增强机体抗氧化的能力。试验结果表明:按照1.0ml/kg肌肉注射效果最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,through intramuscular injection of different doses of trace elements in the compound injection "Shengmingyuan" to study the performance of the Boer goat and blood physiological and biochemical indicators,From this,to approach the impact of " Shengrningyuan" to improve production and the optimal dosage to add,in order to provide scientific basis for clinical use.Select 24 healthy male Boer goats which weight 13kg±1.0kg for the 3-month-old,they were randomly equilibrate divided into 4 groups.Ⅰgroup of which the control group,add the trace elements in feed;Ⅱgroup(low-dose group),Ⅲgroup (middle-dose group),Ⅳgroup(high-dose group) intramuscular " Shengmingyuan." as 0.5ml/kg,1.0ml/kg,2.0ml/kg respectively.Determination according the plan " Shengmingyuan " before injection 1d(recorded as 0d) and aider injection of 15d,30d, 45d,60d of the feed intake,weight,physiological and biochemical indicators of blood.The results showed that:1."Shengrningyuan" could significantly increase the amount of daily feed intake.The trial period from 0 day to 60 day,Boer goats daily gain which in groupⅡ,Ⅲand groupⅣ,higher 13.82%,31.91%and 21.28%than groupⅠ, respectively.Feed weight ratio decreased as 7.96%,9.06%and 12.77%respectively. GroupⅠandⅢpresence significant difference(P＜0.05).2."Shengmingyuan" can significantly improve red blood cell counts and hemoglobin content of the Boer goat.At 60 day,red blood cells of groupⅢandⅣwas significantly(P＜0.05) higher than groupⅠas 13.08%,8.71%,hemoglobin of groupⅡandⅣwere significantly(P＜0.05) higher than in groupⅠas 8.03%,9.58%.3."Shengrningyuan" can improve the trace elements of copper and zinc.At 45 day,groupⅢof copper and zinc increase respectively,as 48.38%and 19.93%compared with groupⅠ,showing significant difference(P＜0.05).4." Shengmingyuan " can improve the level of basal metabolic of Boer goat,it can raise blood glucose,total protein content,but not significantly.But the groupⅢandⅠ," Shengmingyuan " can significant reduction in blood urea nitrogen content of 22.03%(45d) and lower total cholesterol content of 21.92%(60d).5." Shengmingyuan" can also raise the vitality of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase to enhance the ability of antioxidation.Conclusion:Injection of "Shengmingyuan" can improve the serum trace elements copper,zinc content,and to improve the sugar,protein and fat metabolism,It can also improve production performance.In addition,can increase the red blood cell counts and hemoglobin content,enhance the vitality of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase and improve the ability of antioxidation.The results showed that:With the dosage of intramuscular injection of 1.0ml/kg is best.更多还原
