排水性沥青路面技术性能研究

【摘要】 排水性沥青混合料(OGFC)修筑的沥青路面——排水性路面,是一种具有相互连通孔隙的开级配混合料,具有优良的排水、降噪、防滑等功能,越来越受到道路界人士的关注。本论文介绍了排水性路面在国内外的发展情况及使用状况。阐述了排水性沥青混合料的粘结料及粗、细粒料的选择,并针对桥面铺装层对OGFC力学性能方面的要求,从沥青胶结材料方面对OGFC的性能进行改善。通过SBS、SBR和PE复合改性的方法开发出了适合于OGFC的高粘度改性沥青。在分析各国OGFC级配的基础上,利用开发出的高粘度改性沥青,优化设计出满足高速公路路用性能要求,具有优良的排水、降噪、防滑等功能的开级配沥青磨耗层混合料,并对其各项性能进行了系统研究。本文还针对厦门市地区气温高、日照强等气候特点,研究了热老化对不同空隙率排水性沥青混合料高温、低温、抗水损害性能的影响。最后在厦门市疏港路高架桥上铺筑了试验段,对排水性路面的施工工艺进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Porous asphalt pavement is a kind of open graded friction course,it has good performance on draining, anti-slide and noise reducing etc.Development and employment of porous asphalt pavement were introduced in this paper.Guidance for the selection of materials used in porous asphalt mixture such as aggregates and binders is expounded, and high viscosity modified asphalt used in OGFC was made with SBS,SBR and PE.Based on the analysis of the aggregate gradation ,the design method of porous asphalt mixture is studied,the optimum aggregate grading and the design method of porous asphalt mixture are presented.The test result show that OGFC has superior pavement performance.According to the unique clime in the xia’men such as high temperature,strong sunlight,this paper study the heat durability of the porous asphalt pavement.The test road was paved in xia’men sugan road viaduct,and the construction method of porous asphalt mix was researched.
