絮凝反应中高密度网状絮凝体特性的研究

【摘要】 絮凝沉淀法是应用最广泛,成本最低的水处理方法之一。为提高混凝效果,经常在水处理中在投加混凝剂的同时投加高分子絮凝剂,使之形成大而密实的絮体,从而得到更好的出水水质。高分子絮凝剂在水中的絮凝机理主要是吸附架桥机理。混凝剂与高分子絮凝剂在水处理过程中联合投加可以形成一种密度大,具有类凝胶网络结构的高密度网状絮体。这种结构是单独投加方式形成的普通絮体所不具备的。该种高密度网状絮体区别于普通絮体的不同特性在水处理过程中对于出水水质有着特殊影响。本论文系统地阐明了高密度网状絮体的形成机理,并讨论了高密度网状絮体的特性对出水水质的可能影响。文章针对高密度网状絮体与普通絮体对出水水质的影响,设计了动水实验装置。实验中采用的高分子絮凝剂为PAM。通过对静水实验和动水实验所得数据进行分析,本文从絮体的沉降性能、吸附性能和抗剪切性能三个方面,将高密度网状絮体与普通絮体之间、不同混凝剂形成的高密度网状絮体之间作对比,归纳总结了高密度网状絮体的几点特性:(1)高密度网状絮体有着较强的颗粒粒度和絮凝强度,提高了吸附活性;沉降性能较好,改善污泥压缩性;具有较强的吸附能力,对有机物处理效果好。(2)高密度网状絮体抗剪性能较差。但铝盐混凝剂形成的高密度网状絮体抗剪能力优于铁盐。(3)原水泥沙粒径较细时,形成的高密度网状絮体有更好的出水效果。

【Abstract】 Flocculate-precipitate is one of the most widely used and the lowest cost water treatment method. In order to improve the result of coagulation, we often adding the high polymer flocculant in water treatment while adding the coagulant. It forms heavy and closely floccule and gets good water quality.The mechanism of flocculating in water of high polymer flocculant is mainly about absorbing-bridging. Coagulant and high polymer flocculant jointly thrown can form a kind of high density reticular floccule with high density and gel network structure. This structure can’t formed by adding coagulant alone. The characteristics of high density reticular floccule have special influence to the water quality in the course of water treatment which are different from ordinary floccule.This thesis has expounded the formation mechanism of the high density reticular floccule systematically and discussed the perhaps influence to water quality according to the characteristics of high density reticular floccule. The thesis have designed water treatment experiment of moving water according to the different characteristics of high density reticular floccule and ordinary floccule .The high polymer flocculant used in the experiment is PAM. In terms of analyzing the data from move water experiment, this thesis make a comparison between high density reticular floccule and ordinary floccule. The comparison is form three aspects: subsiding performance, absorbing performance and anti-cutting performance. For the difference between high density reticular floccule and ordinary floccule and the difference between different high density reticular floccule, the thesis summarizes some characteristics of high density reticular floccule.(1) High density reticular floccule is provided with stronger grain size of particle and better subsiding performance which can improve the mud compressing. Furthermore, it is provided with stronger ability of absorbing, it is effectual to deal with the organic matter.(2) High density reticular floccule is provided with bad anti-cutting performance. And the high density reticular floccule which made from aluminium salt coagulant is provided with the better anti-cutting performance compared iron salt. (3) High density reticular floccule can result in water quality when the original water is provided with thinner sands.
