空间曲面零件线切割加工系统开发及应用研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的不断发展,模具、航天等行业中一些批量不大、精度要求高的空间曲面零件,仅仅依靠传统的切削方法很难实现这些零件的加工。在我国传统高速走丝电火花线切割机床上,加上数控回转装置使工件实现转、摆联动是加工空间直纹曲面的有效方法之一。本文结合黑龙江省教育厅科学技术研究项目“空间曲面零件电火花线切割加工技术研究”和佳木斯大学重点科学技术研究项目“空间曲面零件线切割加工工艺及应用技术研究”的研究工作过程而展开的,开发了空间曲面多轴联动线切割加工系统,并对典型空间曲面零件进行了加工实验研究。主要工作及取得的成果体现在以下几个方面:1、对空间曲面零件电火花线切割加工运动规律进行了分析,建立了数学模型;2、研制出带有自动分度的,可翻转使用的数控回转台实验样机;3、基于Windows操作系统和可编程多轴运动控制器(PMAC),研制了开放式多轴联动电火花线切割加工数控系统;4、完成了整个系统的搭建与调试工作,对典型空间曲面零件的线切割加工进行了实验研究,并对加工出的实验样件进行了的加工误差分析。

【Abstract】 With rapid development of science and technology, it is hard to machine high precision workpieces with complex spatial curved surface in small quantities only by means of cutting for mould, aerospace industries and so on. Machining spatial curved surface by using NC worktable which offers the linkage of rotation, swing and swing on traditional machine tool of wire electro discharge machining (WEDM) is one of effective methods. Through the research of“Study on machining spatial curved surface by WEDM”supported by the science foundation of department of education of Heilongjiang province and the research of“Study on technique of machining spatial curved surface by WEDM and its application”supported by the key-point science foundation of Jiamusi university, a machining spatial curved surface system by multi-axial linkage WEDM is developed, and the experiment of machining typical parts is carried out. The work consists mainly of the following headings.1. The law of motion about machining spatial curved surface by WEDH is analyzed, and the corresponding mathematical models are established2. Automatic rota ting NC worktable which can be turned has been developed.3. The multi-axial linkage WEDM system based on Windows Operating Systems and PMAC has been developed.4. The packaging and testing of the whole machining system have been completed, the machining typical parts by WEDH is studied and the machining errors of experimental workpieces machined are analyzed.
