引黄济青泵站远程监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 引黄济青工程的一个中心泵站--王耨泵站,在抗御洪涝干旱灾害、跨流域调水工程中发挥着重要的作用。传统的泵站工作措施主要是采取在河堤设立水位标尺,安排人员定期采集数据;并且需要24小时安排人员值守渠道河堤,防止各类人为破坏;水文数据完全靠人工和电话传报;当发生事故急需维修,或水位需要改变时,泵站工作人员要经常往返于控制室和工作现场之间,不仅浪费了人力、物力、财力,而且不能实现实时的观测、控制和维护。随着国内水利事业的快速发展,水利工程的自动化水平不断提高,集监视、测量、控制、保护、管理于一体的泵站计算机监控系统得到广泛应用。该监控系统能满足泵站各运行参数实时监控的需要,为泵站运行实现“无人值班,少人职守”创造了有利条件,很大程度上减轻了运行维护人员的劳动强度,且该监控系统操作方便、可靠性强,可通过网络和机组本身的优化调度,实现泵站的经济运行。为了适应这一新的需求,本课题设计开发了引黄济青泵站远程监控系统,整个设计方案经过运行、测试分析,证明实时、可靠。文中首先介绍了泵站远程监控系统国内外现状和发展方向,然后对该系统进行了需求分析,确定了王耨泵站远程监控系统设计目标和功能需求,将王耨泵站远程监控系统分为数据采集子系统、数据传输子系统、信息处理和控制子系统三个子系统,其中数据采集子系统的功能是:通过传感器和现地控制系统测量数据,包括开关量、模拟量、温度、水位等运行参数,并上传给信息处理和控制子系统;执行信息处理和控制子系统下达的命令,根据信息处理和控制子系统下传的工作参数控制现场设备。信息处理和控制子系统的功能是:对现场设备的运行情况进行实时监控,包括水位、压力、温度、水泵运行状态等;接收从数据采集子系统传回的全部现场测量数据,经整理后存入SQL数据库;接收从数据采集子系统传送的故障信息;根据现场的运行情况,对数据做有效的统计、分析,并绘制曲线图,便于查询;对设备运行状态控制与操作。数据传输子系统的功能是:负责数据采集子系统与信息处理和控制子系统间的数据传输;与上级调度中心接口通信,将本站的有关数据及时、准确地传送到上级调度中心,并可接受上级调度中心下发的调度命令,实现数据信息的远程传送。其次详细介绍了泵站远程监控系统的数据库设计,数据采集子系统的设计,数据传输子系统设计方案,信息处理和控制子系统的设计,最后介绍了它的实现方法。根据实际情况的需求,系统在Windows下开发,监控界面采用Visual Basic6.0语言和Microsoft SQL Server2000数据库管理系统进行设计和开发,实现了系统的基本监控功能。测试表明,系统功能基本完整,操作方便,可视效果好,能满足操作员对远程泵站的监控功能。

【Abstract】 Wang Nou Pump Station as a central station of Ying Huang Ji Qing is an important engineering facilities, in flood control, drainage and drought mitigation, inter-basin water transfer project is playing an important role. Traditional pump station work is mainly to take measures to establish the WaterLevell gauge in the river bank to arrange for regular collection of data; and the need to arrange their staff on duty 24 hours channel embankments to prevent all kinds of vandalism; hydrological data entirely artificial and telephone Chuan reported; when the event of an accident in urgent need of repairs, or need to change the WaterLevell, the pumping station staff have to frequently travel to and from the scene in the control room and work between, not only a waste of manpower, material and financial resources, but not real-time observation, control and maintenance.With the rapid development of water resources, water conservancy project of automation has improved continuously, set to monitor, measure, control, protection, management in one of the pumping station computer monitoring system has been widely applied. Pumping Station to meet the real-time monitoring of various operating parameters need to run for the pumping station to achieve the "no man’s duty, duty and fewer people" have created favorable conditions, to a large extent reduce the operation and maintenance of the labor intensity, and that the monitoring system easy to operate, reliability, but also through the network and optimize the unit’s own scheduling, the realization of the economic operation pumping station.In order to adapt to this new demand, the subject of design and development of the Ying Huang Ji Qing pumping station remote monitoring system, run through the entire design, testing, analysis, proof of real-time and reliable.First, the introduction of the Wang Nou pumping station remote monitoring system status and direction of development at home and abroad, and then the system needs analysis, to determine the Wang Nou pumping station remote monitoring system design goals and functional requirements will be pumping station remote monitoring system is divided into data acquisition subsystem , data transmission subsystem, information processing and control subsystem of three subsystems, in which the functions of data acquisition subsystem is: through the sensors and control systems are measurement data, including the switch, analog, temperature, WaterLevell and other operating parameters, and From the information processing and control subsystem; the implementation of information processing and control subsystem orders, according to information processing and control subsystem of the operating parameters of downlink control field devices. Information processing and control subsystem functions are: on-site equipment for the operation of real-time monitoring, including WaterLevells, pressure, temperature, water pumps running, etc.; receive from the data acquisition subsystem returns all site survey data, as collated and kept into the SQL database; receive transmission from the data acquisition subsystem of the fault information; at the scene of the operation of the data to do a valid statistical analysis, and mapping trends, easily accessible; operational status of equipment control and operation. Data transmission subsystem’s function is: responsible for data acquisition subsystem and the information processing and control data transfer between subsystems; with superior interface communications dispatch center, the site of the data timely and accurate dispatch center sent to higher authorities, and accept the higher level control center issued the scheduling order, the realization of long-distance transmission of data information. Followed by a detailed introduction of the Pumping Station Monitoring System database design, data acquisition sub-system design, data transmission sub-system design, information processing and control subsystem design, and finally introduce its realization method.According to the actual situation of demand, the system developed under Windows, control interface using Visual Basic 6.0 language and Microsoft SQL Server2000 database management system design and development, realize all the features of the system. Test showed that the integrity of the system functions, convenient operation, visual effects, and to meet the operator of a remote pump station monitoring capabilities.
