南水北调东线工程宁阳洸河截污导流工程方案设计

【摘要】 南水北调东线工程山东境内分为南北干线及东西干线,截污导流工程是南水北调东线一期工程的重要组成部分,是输水干线在输水期间防止沿线工业、城镇生活污废水(中水)排放而影响调水水质的控制性工程。洸河宁阳截污导流工程的建设可以减少污染物的排放量,进一步加大企业的点源治理、结构调整、城市污水管网及污水处理厂的建设力度。洸河截污导流工程实施后,将建成一些拦蓄工程,可增加水面面积近1.4km2,不仅有利于改善当地小气候及农业灌溉条件,而且对地下水将起到补给作用,因此,本工程实施后对当地生态环境的改善将发挥一定的作用。本文主要分析了南水北调截污导流工程的意义及建设的必要性和紧迫性,选择宁阳洸河控制单元进行了方案比选,最终选择利用现有河道加新建拦河建筑物方案,对工程进行了可行性分析,并且进行了工程设计。

【Abstract】 The east-line Project for South-North Water Diversion in shandong including North-South route and East-West route. Mediated closure of sewage is an important part of the east-line project. It is also a controlling Project To prevent water quality polluted because of industrial and wastewater municipal sewage inflowing into river Pollute.Ningyang pollutant Guang River diversion projects to reduce emissions of pollutants, further increase of point source enterprise governance, structural adjustment, urban sewage pipe network and sewage treatment plant construction.Pollutant Guang River diversion project will be storing a number of projects completed, increase the surface area of nearly 1.4km2, is not only conducive to improving the local micro-climate and irrigation conditions, and recharge of groundwater will play a role, therefore, after the implementation of this project on the improvement of the local ecological environment will play a role.This article mianly analysed the nessary and urgency of mediated closure of sewage project for South-North Water Diversion. It choosed guang river of ning yang as the control unit to Comparison and Selection. It analysed the feasibility of Project . then, we designed the specific project.
