【摘要】 未成年人违法犯罪是一种复杂的社会现象,它不仅严重危害了社会秩序,扰乱了经济建设与社会发展,也严重影响到未成年人的健康成长。未成年人违法犯罪包括违反《刑法》与《治安管理处罚法》的行为,也包括未成年人的不良行为与严重不良行为。总的说来,未成年人违法犯罪是其社会化过程中出现的缺陷与不足所致。目前我国正处在社会转型期,经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,使得社区的地位不断提升,社区越来越成为影响未成年人违法犯罪的重要因素。因而探求切实有效的社区防范对策已成为社会的当务之急。本文以国外学者提出的未成年人违法犯罪的理论模式为基础,以国内外社区预防未成年人违法犯罪方面取得的成功经验为依托,走访武汉、南昌两地多个社区,对数十人进行有针对性的访谈,实证性地考察了社区对易犯罪未成年人违法犯罪的影响,并分析了社区可能对易犯罪未成年人违法犯罪的不良影响,以及当前国内社区工作方面存在的诸多问题,进而提出易犯罪未成年人违法犯罪的社区防范对策。本文按内容分为四个部分。第一部分是引言,主要介绍了当前国内未成年人违法犯罪现状,研究目的及意义。第二部分是文献综述与问题的提出,主要介绍了国内外研究现状及相关概念说明,为下文的论述奠定了基础。第三部分是实证调查研究部分,主要以社区中的工作人员,教师,家长及未成年人为研究对象,运用访谈的形式实证性地考察了社区对易犯罪未成年人违法犯罪的影响,主要包括社区环境,社区中的家庭,社区中的学校。第四部分是对策探讨部分,在第二、三部分的基础上提出易犯罪未成年人违法犯罪的社区防范对策,认为易犯罪未成年人违法犯罪的社区有效预防应当从优化社区人文环境,注重情境预防、加强社工队伍建设、提高对未成年人违法犯罪的认识以及构建社区、学校、家庭三位一体的互动机制等四个方面来着手。更多还原

【Abstract】 The juvenile breaking law complicatedly social phenomena, and committing crime is a kind of which not only endangers the social order seriously, society, but also disturbs economic construction and development of affects the juvenile ’s healthy. The juvenile breaking law and crime includes growth to breaching great extent. with "the public order management punishment regulation" also includes the juvenile’s bad behavior and serious behavior. Generally speaking, the juvenile breaking taw and crime is blemish and shortcomings that are caused by socialization.During the time that our country is reforming, the problem of juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more serious. With the fastingdevelopment of economy and city, the position of the community is promoting, so the community is becoming more and more important factor that impacts on the juvenile delinquency. Accordingly, it is the most crucial task that analyzing the influence community impacts on juvenile delinquency and to table a proposal on community prevention.Scholars in our country often concerning on the community culture impacting on the juvenile delinquency. Also they usually research on the proposal about the community prevention. But there are little composition about the influence that community impacts on juvenile delinquency and investigation on it. This article will depend on the theories about the influence that western communities impacting on juvenile delinquency and success of experience about community preventing juvenile delinquency proving community are the central factors that impact on juvenile delinquency and many promblems in the community in china. In the end, the article proposes the countermeasures about how to prevent the minors from delinquency.The paper consists of four parts. the first part is the preface.the author introduces the the present situation of juvenile delinquency and value in theory and that in practice. The second part is the summarization of referenced material as to put forward the core problem. The author introduces current research results both at home and abroad, the research datum and the research content. The third part is case research and analyze.The main object is more than 50 people including missionary in community,teachers,parents and children coming from differences community between Wuhan and Nanchang. During talking about them based on the qualitative data, author analyzes how the community influences the juvenile delinquency, and draws a conclusion that community culture environment, school in community and family in community are the predominant community factors that impact on juvenile delinquency. The last part is the conclusion and countermeasure that based on the second part and the third part. Firstly the author draw a conclusion about the paper, secondly, proposes the countermeasures about how to prevent the minors from delinquency.更多还原
