工业企业变电站监控系统的应用研究

【摘要】 变电站监控系统的主要功能是对变电站所有智能电气设备的监视和控制。它能进行变电站智能电气设备远动及遥测和遥信的功能。保证了变电站以后的正常运行维护以及工业企业生产中电气设备的正常运行。基于这点,我选择了变电站监控系统作为我电子通讯工程硕士的论文题目。本论文对工业企业变电站的监控系统的构成、内容、功能及特点进行了研究,监控系统按功能来分可分为集中式监控系统和分层分布式监控系统。集中式监控系统适合用于小型且电压等级低的变电站的自动化系统。有中高压电气设备的变电站都采用分层分布式监控系统。本论文研究对象是某外资化工企业的电气监控系统。此项目有两个变电所,为达到遥测和遥信的功能监控系统设计成分层分布式结构。为解决装置区变电所的就地监控,在装置区变电站设立了一个PLC监控子站,解决了监控系统中工作协议MODBUS和变频器工作协议PROFIBUS—DP的兼容问题及就地低压电气设备监视及变频电机自启动等功能。为了完成监控系统和仪表联锁系统,在监控系统的通讯管理层增加了一个通讯管理机。即完成了监控系统的数据通讯又把仪表联锁信号传输到仪表DCS。解决了所有的通讯问题,应用合适的监控系统软件,完成了项目中所有智能电气设备的遥控和遥测功能。解决了用一个监控系统完成了监控系统和仪表联锁系统两个系统的功能。

【Abstract】 Substation Monitoring and Control System’s main feature is that all intelligent substation electrical equipment monitoring and control. It smart for electrical equipment in substation telecontrol and telemetry and remote functions. Ensuring the substation work in the normal operation and maintenance later, as well as industrial enterprises in the production of the normal operation of electrical equipment. Based on this point, I chose the substation monitoring and control system of electronic communication as my Master of Engineering thesis topicIn this paper, on the industrial enterprises in substation monitoring system composition, content, functions and features have been studied, according to the functions of monitoring and control system to points can be divided into centralized monitoring and control system and the hierarchical and distributed monitoring and control system. Centralized monitoring and control system is suitable for small and low-voltage substation automation systems. If there is high-voltage electrical equipments in the substation the automation systems are stratified Distributed Control System.In this paper, the studying electrical monitoring and control system are from a foreign chemical enterprises. The project has two substations, in order to achieve the telemetry and remote monitoring system of functional components layer distributed architecture design. To address the district substation devices in situ monitoring devices at the establishment of a plant substation PLC monitoring sub-stations, to resolve the monitoring system job MODBUS protocol and inverter job PROFIBUS-DP protocol compatibility problem and on-site surveillance of low-voltage electrical equipment and variable frequency motor self-starting functions.In order to complete the monitoring system and instrumentation interlock system, the communications monitoring system at the management of the addition of a communications manager. The completion of the monitoring system data communication signal transmission chain again Instrument to Instrument DCS.To resolve all questions of communication, application of suitable monitoring system software, the completion of the project all the intelligent electrical equipment remote control and telemetry functions. Solved with a monitoring and control system to complete both the monitoring system and instrumentation interlocking system.
