小型制造民企的项目管理研究

【摘要】 随着我国改革开放的持续深入,国民经济的蓬勃发展,我国民营企业在国民经济中的作用越来越重要,越来越明显,而民营企业中95%以上是小型企业。产品的多样化需求,技术的更新换代,市场经济的竞争激烈,这些现实的现代经济形势都突显出我国小型民企项目管理的薄弱,同时也反映出项目管理对这些小型民企的巨大吸引力。文章主要集中于小型制造民企的项目管理研究,通过对A、B、C、D、E五家工厂争取项目和A、B、C三家实际项目的运作,以及对50家小型制造民企的统计分析,阐述分析了我国小型制造民企的项目管理现状,我国民营经济的发展历史,并研究项目管理对小型制造民企的意义与积极作用,如何储备项目管理人才,进一步阐明项目型组织构建与成熟度评估等问题。对于如何更好推动我国小型制造民企的项目管理,本文从外部环境及企业自身进行了分析。文章旨在通过上述分析推导能够使小型制造民企认识到学习及应用项目管理方法的重要性与必要性,以及应用过程中所要注意的事项,同时也抛砖引玉地建议相关学术机构政府机关能够更好研究及指引小型制造民营的项目管理实施,从而使我国小型制造民企的项目管理能力与效益更上一层楼。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, non-national hold company (NNHC) plays more and more predominant role in whole economy; in fact, the most NNHC companies are small scale company. Variable requests on products, technique coming fresh, furious competitions, all these indicates the project management skill is very important for companies, the fact is our current small NNHC are weak on project management.Through A, B, C, D, E factories to bid the projects and A, B, C running actual projects, article concentrates on research on small manufacturing NNHC’s project management, analyze the current situation of our small NNHC, study on what’s meaning when using project management methodology, how to cultivate PM talents, case study, finally states PM organization / maturity assessment.The article try to let small manufacturing NNHC to realize that learn /apply PM method’s importance/necessity, what should be focused during the process, and suggest consult organization/government etc to continually research on small NNHC PM handling, help and guiding them, and finally have our small manufacturing NNHC to upgrade on PM efficiency.更多还原
