基于DTMB的综合交通信息服务接入系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 伴随着城市化的进程,各种交通工具的迅猛发展,对城市交通产生了极大的压力。利用现有的交通道路,更好地为出行者提供便利,成为一个亟待解决的难题。车载导航系统成为了解决这一难题的有效手段,不过现有车载导航系统存在不少问题。现有车载导航系统大致分为静态导航和动态导航两种,静态导航系统主要使用GIS和GPS完成导航[1],由于不能获得实时的交通状况制约了导航的实际效果。动态导航在静态导航的基础上增加了通信模块,根据通信手段分类大概有GPRS[2]、VICS[3-4]等,但这些手段都需要高额的经济投入。本文提出了一种基于DTMB[5-12]的综合交通信息服务系统,该方案通过使用DTMB的广播信道传送实时的路况信息和地图信息,达到导航终端以最小的代价获取实时路况信息和地图数据更新的目的。以这些实时数据为基础,终端导航平台可以向出行者提供动态导航。本文主要完成了综合交通信息服务接入系统的设计和实现工作。论文主要的成果如下:1.使用国际标准传输协议专家组(TPEG协议) [13-22]对交通路况信息进行全面规范化的封装和描述。2.使用清华自主知识产权的DTMB数字信号信道以广播的形式发布实时路况信息,任何用户均可收到所有的交通信息,并且不用付流量费用。3.为用户提供实时导航服务,解决了传统导航服务里只考虑线路的距离,不考虑路况的难题,使得用户成功地避开一些拥堵路段、交通管制路段从而更快速得到达目的地,同时缓解了城市交通,实现所有道路的最大可能利用。4.提出了一个简单的信息调度模型,通过该模型可以对大量的交通信息按照紧迫性进行排序,选择最紧迫交通信息发送,增加了系统的实用性。综上,论文工作主要从解决现有导航系统的一些问题出发,提出了一个解决方案,设计并实现了其中的交通信息服务接入系统部分,运行结果表明,该系统可以高效完成实时交通信息处理和推送。本系统的设计与实现对基于位置服务的相关研究具有很好的参考和借鉴价值。

【Abstract】 City traffic was influenced deeply by vehicles during the process of urbanization. It is an urgent problem to use existing roads providing traffic convenience for people. Navigation Systems become a way of solving this problem, but navigation systems still have many troubles. At present, navigation systems can be divided into two categories, static navigation and dynamic navigation. Static navigation systems use GIS and GPRS to complete navigation. The navigation effect is not quite good because of lacking real-time traffic information. Dynamic navigation systems add communication modules on static systems; these communication modules include GPRS, VICS and so on, but all these communication modules need large economic investment. To solve these problems, a solution was proposed which is traffic information service system based on DTMB. Real-time traffic information and map data were broadcasted through digital TV channel. Real-time traffic information and map data were received by navigation systems with lowest cost. Dynamic navigation was provided to users in this way. In this paper, the design and implementation of the traffic information service access system was completed, which was the most important part the whole solution, and the following contributions were got:1. Using international standard TPEG to describe and package the real-time traffic information.2. Real-time traffic information was sent to navigation systems through digital TV channels, everyone with a receiver of digital TV can got the information without any pay.3. Based on the real-time traffic information to provide users with dynamic navigation service. It solved the problem that traditional navigation services provided service only considering the distance between points, without considering the road status. It enables users to successfully avoid some sections of traffic-jams and traffic control lines so that users can reach their destinations faster.4. A simple schedule model was used during the schedule of traffic information, after sorting of the information urgency, the information with highest value of urgency was chose and sent, the practicality of whole system was increased with this model.In order to solve the current navigation system’s problems, we proposed a solution, designed and implemented the traffic information access system. The results proved that, the access system can handle and push the traffic information efficiently. The paper has a good reference value for the Location-based service relevant research.
