不同加固方法对钢筋混凝土结构抗震性能的影响研究

【摘要】 随着经济社会的不断进步发展,建筑功能的改变,建筑改造与加固在建筑业中占有的地位越来越重要。一些原有建筑因建造年代较早,其使用空间和功能等已不能满足城市发展的需要,且结构抗震设防标准较低,不能满足新标准的要求。这时,常常需要对建筑进行改造和抗震加固。如何把建筑改造与结构抗震加固结合起来,使改造后的建筑即能满足新功能的要求,又能保证结构的安全可靠,并提高整体抗震能力,是结构抗震加固设计需要重点考虑的问题。同时不同加固方法对结构弹性受力状态和弹塑性抗震性能的影响规律也是需要研究的问题。本文根据加固工程的特点,阐明了加固工作的重要意义,同时从安全可靠性、施工方便性和经济适用性等方面对各种加固方法特点进行比较和总结,对常用加固方法的承载力计算进行了介绍,并分析了其受力机理。最后,本文分别采用刚度和本构关系来进行加固前后构件的等效,采用外包钢和FRP加固法,对某钢筋混凝土框架结构进行加固,应用振型反应谱法和动力时程分析法对此结构在多遇及罕遇地震荷载作用下加固前后的抗震性能进行了对比分析,总结出基于承载力的构件加固应当注意的诸多问题,指出在对截面承载力验算不够的构件进行加固之后,从加固结构整体性能出发对楼层刚度和强度均匀性进行控制的重要性。总结出不同加固方法对结构弹性受力状态和弹塑性抗震性能的影响规律。本文研究成果可以为实际钢筋混凝土加固改造工程提供有价值的参考。
【Abstract】 With the development of economy and the modification of building function, building reinforcement and retrofit plays an important role in building industry step by step.The function, application space and aesthetic of aged existing buildings don’t satisfy the demand of city development and their seismic fortification standard is relatively low, so the existing buildings that they don’t meet the requirements of the new standard need be reinforced or retrofitted. How to combine the retrofit and seismic reinforcement of buildings that would be reinforced or retrofitted so as to not only meet the requirements of new function but also assure the structural safe reliability and increase structural seismic capacity, is a special designing problem of structure seismic reinforcement. Simultaneously,the influence rules of different reinforces methods on the structure elastic state and plasticity seismic are also a question to be researched.The characteristics of strengthening, safe reliability, convenience of construction, economic applicability of different retrofit methods are summarized. Load capacity computation of commonly reinforcement method is introduced and its load mechanism is analyzed. Finally, this article separately uses the rigidity and the stress-strain relations carries on around the reinforcement the component equivalent, seimic performance of an existing frame structure under an action of a frequently occurred earthquake and a seldom occurred earthquake is analyzed and compared using mode decomposition response spectrum method and Time-history analysis method for used the reinforcement by encased steeland and reninfocemend by FRP. Summarized many questions which had to pay attention based on thesupporting capacity component reinforcement, Pointed out in carries on the reinforcement after the section supporting capacity insufficient component from the reinforcement structure integrity embarks to the floor rigidity and the intensity uniformity carries on the control the importance, Specially different remforcement method to structure elastic stressful condition and Elastic-Plastic earthquake resistanceperformance influence rule.This article research may provide the valuable reference for the actual reinforced concrete reinforcement retrofit project.
