山区高速公路连续上坡路段通行能力与服务水平研究

【摘要】 随着国家高速公路网的实施,高速公路建设的重心开始转向山区。山区由于地形、地质条件复杂、环境保护工作难度大等因素的限制,不得不采用较大和较长的纵坡或组合坡段,对高速公路的服务水平、交通安全产生较大的影响。因此对山区高速公路连续上坡通行能力与服务水平的研究已是刻不容缓。本文在大量实测数据的基础上,分析了上坡路段货车的运行速度特征,确定了主导车型并绘制了主导车型的爬坡性能曲线,提出了连续上坡路段等效坡度、坡长计算的简化模型。通过对山区高速公路连续上坡路段通行能力的分析得出了计算通行能力的方法,提出了改善通行能力服务水平的改善措施:一方面可以通过减小路线纵坡、坡长以增加大型车车速;另一方面可通过设置爬坡车道,使大型车离开主线交通流。并提出了这两种改善措施的具体适用条件和实施办法。

【Abstract】 With the implementation of the present national highway network, the focus shifted to the mountain highway construction. Because of the limitation of some factors, such as the terrain, geological conditions and the difficulties of environment protection, the mountainous area have larger and longer slope or combination of the slope. It brings greater impact on level of service and traffic safety in freeway. Therefore, the research on capacity and level of services of continuous upgrade in the mountainous area freeway is imperative.On the basis of the massive measured data, this paper has analyzed the features of operating speed of the truck upgrade section, ascertained dominant vehicle, drew up climbing performance curve, proposed simplified calculation of slope and slope length model in continuous upgrade section. Through the capacity analysis of continuous upgrade section in the mountainous area freeway, it has educed the method for calculating capacity and proposed the measures of improving capacity and the level of service, the measures are as follows: One, it may through reducing the route slope and the slope length to increase the speed of large vehicle, the other, it may through establishing climbing lane to enable the large vehicle to leave the main lane of traffic flows. This paper also proposed specific applicable conditions and implement measures of these two measures of improvement.
