沈丹一级公路水泥混凝土路面升级改造研究

【摘要】 公路改扩建主要因为:公路已达到设计使用年限,功能上满足不了使用要求,必须改造;公路虽未达到设计使用年限,但已满足不了道路使用要求,其原因是:(1)项目立项初期,在制定工程规模和旧路工程技术标准时,对交通量增长估计不足,未到使用年限通行能力就已饱和,经常堵车,服务水平低;(2)由于超载严重或路面设计、施工等方面存在缺陷,致使一些水泥混凝土路面在未达到设计使用年限时就提前破坏。论文以沈丹一级公路水泥混凝土路面旧路改扩建为例,通过对原有路面的路况调查,提出了路面的检测方案及手段。根据原有路面技术状况的综合评价及出现病害的原因分析,给出各状况下具体的改造方案。通过试验段对比分析了旧水泥混凝土路面进行破碎稳固处理的3种方法及各自适用的范围,针对每种稳固处理的方法,分别检测了不同冲击遍数下旧水泥路面沉降、顶面模量和弯沉值。试验结果表明:旧水泥路面破碎稳固处理后采用弯沉作为设计和交验指标是合理可行的,且弯沉指标不但操作简单,而且可以有效的控制旧路面处理后的承载能力。通过研究,分别提出了原有路面在路况良好路段、路况较次路段、路况差路段进行改造时相应的加铺沥青路面方案及其弯沉控制指标,研究结果对以后类似旧水泥混凝土路面改造升级有很好的指导作用。
【Abstract】 The main reasons for the road improvement and reconstruction are : the highway has already reached the service life, and its function can no longer meet the application reqiuements, so it must be improved and rebuilded; although the road has not achieved the design service life, it could not satisfy the road usage requirement, its reasons are: (1) in the initial period of a project, when formulating the project scale and technology standards for an old road engineering, underestimate the volume of traffic growth result in the traffic capability has already saturated before the end of service life, and traffic jams happen frequently, the service level is low; (2), because of the serious phenomenon of overload or the deficience of pavement design and construction, some cement concrete pavement has been destroyed before the design life. This paper takes the reconstruction project of cement concrete arterial road from Shenyang to Dandong as an example to put forward the methods of road improvement and the reconstruction strategy based on the synthesis evaluation of the original road surface’s technical state and analysis of reasons for each road disease respectively. The test results indicate that after the old cement road surface smashed and stabilization treatment, it is reasonable to adopt deflection value as designing and examing target. Not only the deflection value is operated easily, but also the bearing capacity after treatment on the old surface could be controled efficiently. According to the research of resurfacing asphalt pavement on the original road surface separately in the state of good, bad, and worse road condition, this paper proposed improving plans and the deflection control indexs. The reseach results will be great useful to upgrade and rebuild the similar old cement concrete pavement in future.
