以人为本理念指导下的高校学生管理探析

【摘要】 高校学生管理工作是高校管理工作的重要内容之一,是维护学校正常教学秩序、保证学生健康成长的基础性工作。以人为本是一种适应大学管理发展趋势的科学理念,以人为本的高校学生管理工作已成为21世纪的必然。以人为本的高校学生管理工作就是以满足学生的需要,发挥学生的主动性与创造性,促进学生的全面发展为管理目标。本论文正是基于这样一个研究背景下开展的现实性研究,试图通过改革原有的管理方式、方法来为高校学生管理改革的推进提供参考。本文分四章来探讨以人为本理念指导下的高校学生管理。第一章阐述了高校实行“以人为本”学生管理工作的内涵和理论基础;第二章分析了我国高校实行“以人为本”学生管理工作的必要性;第三章对我国高校学生管理工作现状进行分析,得出其以人为本理念缺失的原因;第四章对提高高校“以人为本”学生管理工作水平进行了构想。
【Abstract】 College students’ administration is an important part of the administration work in universities in that it helps to maintain a normal teaching order and provide a healthy-growing way which may benefit them in their future life.The human-oriented idea is a scientific one that complies with the trend of the university administration development, which foretells that it will be a necessity of the 21st century. The human-oriented idea can be transformed into the student-oriented idea to meet the circumstances of college students’ administration, thus to set up the managerial objective to satisfying students’ needs, bringing the initiative and creativity of the students into full play, and providing an environment that will be of benefit to the all-around development of the students. With such basis, the thesis tries to give some suggestions and references for the co11ege students’ administration by reforming the traditional management methods.This thesis is divided into 4 parts to inquire the college students’ administration which is guided by the human-oriented idea. The first chapter has expounded the connotation and the theory basis of the human-oriented idea which can be used in college students’ administration; the second chapter has analyzed the necessity of the human-oriented idea to put into effect in Chinese universities; the third chapter has analyzed the current situation of our college students’ administration work, then has got reasons of the lack of the human-oriented idea; the last chapter has conceived the way to improve the level of the college students’ administration which is guided by the human-oriented idea.
