桂西南石灰岩地区生物多样性保护的GAP分析

【摘要】 本文以2001年和2006年TM影像为主要数据源,在3S技术支持下,对广西西南石灰岩地区进行景观格局分析,利用细胞自动机模型对森林变化进行了预测,并应用GAP分析方法识别现有保护区的Gaps,在此基础上结合实地调查和NDVI指数确定高保护价值森林,对研究区的保护区规划及生物多样性保护进行了探讨。通过研究得到以下主要结论:(1)从总体上看,森林的面积和斑块数还在不停的减少,因此物种的栖息地面积不断缩小。相对于2001年,2006年森林的形状指数有所下降,但其本身值还是比较大的,形状比较松散。虽然森林的连接度还维持在一个较高的水平,但破碎化程度还是比较高。从景观多样性上也可看出,森林的面积在不断萎缩,被分割,趋于分散化和破碎化。说明外界的干扰很强,严重影响了物种栖息地的生态平衡。(2)利用细胞自动机模型预测森林潜在分布,识别出当前保护的Gaps;通过NDVI指数、森林潜在分布和珍稀物种分布确定研究区亟待保护的高保护价值森林。结果表明当前保护格局的安全水平是低度安全的。(3)保护区建设以现有保护区为基础,选取高保护价值森林进行优先保护,尽量对保护区进行扩展,有选择的建立新保护区。同时,为保护生物多样性,应加大投入,加强保护区管理人员的培训;普及生物多样性的相关知识;加强保护区及周边地区的扶贫支持,缓解薪材需求。

【Abstract】 By using TM images of year 2001 and 2006 as the main data source, with the supporting of 3S techniques, the research analysised the landscape pattern of limestone area of southwestern guangxi, predicted the forest changes by CA model, applied the GAP analysis to identify the Gaps of the current reserve. Based on these analysis and combined with field survey and NDVI index, this paper ensured the high conservation value forests. Then,it discussed the reserve planning and biodiversity conservation of the research area. Subsquently, by analicizing these data, we draw several reliable and extremely meaningful conclusions and interesting findings as the following:(1)Overall, the forest area and patch numbers were still reducing. Therefore, the species habitat area was also shrinking. Compared to 2001, the landscape shape index of the forest in 2006 decreased, but its value was relatively large, and the shape was loose. Although the cohesion of forest was remain at a high level, but the fragmentation degree was relatively high. Seen from landscape diversity, the forest was still shrinking and divided, tended to decentralization and fragmentation. Indicated that the external interference was strong, seriously affected the ecological balance of species habitat.(2)Predicted the potential distribution of forest using cellular automata model, and identified the Gaps of current reserve; determined the high conservation value forests needed to be protected of research area by the NDVI index, the potential distribution of forests and the distribution of rare species. The results showed that the security level of the current pattern of protection is low.(3)Based on the current reserve, the construction of reserve selects the high conservation value forests for priority conservation, as far as possible expands the current reserve, selectively establishes the new reserve. Meanwhile, for the protection of biological diversity, should increase the investment, strengthens the training for reserve managers; Popularization the knowledge of biological diversity;Strengthens the poverty alleviation support of reserve and surrounding areas,to decrease the demand of fuelfood.
