常温快速固化乳液型木材胶粘剂的研制

【摘要】 本课题以提高指接集成材生产效率、改善胶合强度等实际问题为目的。课题提出对常温固化木材胶粘剂主剂乳液成份进行共聚改性,从而引入多种活性基团,加入的异氰酸酯基团(PAPI)能迅速的与引入的活性基团和木材表面本身具有的活性氢基团发生反应,形成交联网状结构的聚合物,从而提高胶粘剂的固化速度及胶合强度,研究结果表明:(1)共聚单体的选择、聚合时间、温度、搅拌速度、乳化剂及引发剂用量对乳液胶粘剂性能影响较大;选择丙烯酸类单体共聚,聚合时间4~5小时,温度80℃,搅拌速度180~240转/分,乳化剂和引发剂用量分别为聚合单体总量3%和0.5%,制备的乳液性能稳定。(2)采用TEM、DSC及FTIR对乳液粒径、乳胶粒分布、玻璃化转变温度及乳液聚合情况进行结构分析,且考虑生产成本及胶合强度等多方面因素,最终选择醋丙乳液为常温快速固化双组份木材胶粘剂的主剂。(3)常温下,PAPI用量对胶接性能影响最显著、其次是加压时间,淀粉加入量和压力影响不显著。综合考虑产品质量和生产成本,确定指接集成材生产的最佳工艺为:PAPI用量15%、加压时间15min、淀粉加入量5%、压力2MPa;由此制备的集成材具有优良的胶接和耐水性能,能满足日本集成材检测标准和室内非结构集成材用胶标准,应用前景广阔。

【Abstract】 This research subject’s objective is increase production efficiency and improve bonding strength of laminated finger-joint board’s processing enterprises.The subject is proposed copolymerization modification to lumber emulsion adhesive of normal temperature solidification.Through emulsion copolymerization modification,introduce a variety of active functional groups,the introduced another group of PAPI can rapid with active functional groups and wood surface itself with active hydrogen groups befallen reaction,form cross-network-like structure,thus greatly improve the solidify speed and bonding strength,the results show that:(1) The selecting of copolymerize monomers、polymerize time、polymerize temperature、agitating rate、the dosage of emulsifier and initiator have great influence to vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion adhesive’s performance;select acrylic acid series monomer participate in copolymerize、polymerize time 4~5 hour、polymerize temperature 80℃、agitating rate 180~240r/min and the dosage of emulsifier and initiator relative to polymeric monomer total 3%and 0.5%,under these conditions,the vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion adhesive have steady performance.(2) It also analyzes the particle size、the emulsion particles’ distribution、glass transition temperature and the polymerization of the emulsion adhesive by TEM、DSC and FTIR,and consider the cost of production and the bonding strength ect other factors,final choice vinyl acetate copolymerize emulsion to be normal temperature fast-solidify two component timber adhesive’s main components.(3) At the normal temperature,the addition amount of PAPI has the most influential effect on bonding property,the following is pressing time,the addition amount of starch and pressure has little effect.Considering of the product quality and the producing cost,the optimum process of glulam is:the addition amount of PAPI 15%,pressing time 15 min,the addition amount of starch 5%,specific pressure 2MPa.The bonding properties and the water resistance of the glulam prepared by this process are excellent,which can satisfy the JAS(Japan glulam standard) and indoor standard of non-structural glulam,that has a wide application prospect.
