设备远程管理系统分析与设计

【摘要】 近年来,计算机、通信、网络等新兴技术的快速发展促进了各领域朝着自动化、信息化的方向发展,加快了产业结构的调整与升级。传统远程管理系统通常需要投入较多的人力,并且不能实时获取设备的运行状态,从而造成投入大、效率低等诸多问题。因此,迫切需要采用先进的远程管理技术来适应这种变化。针对这一现状,本文提出了基于以太网和GPRS的远程管理系统。该系统能够运用于多种场合,并能根据不同情况选用相应的通信方式来实现设备的远程管理。本文首先对课题的研究背景、意义以及发展现状进行了简要的介绍,在后续章节中则分别完成了系统总体方案设计、远程终端硬件设计以及系统软件设计,最后结合硬件与软件对系统进行了调试与测试。硬件设计以ARM微控制器LPC2378为核心,采用带隔离技术的芯片设计了RS-232、RS-485、CAN三个功能接口,并完成了GPRS和以太网两个通信模块的设计。软件设计采用功能分解和模块化的设计理念,分别完成了远程终端、通信协议以及远程管理中心的软件设计。系统实现了设备运行数据的远程传输、处理与存储,能够在远程管理中心通过数据库及时了解设备的运行状况。当设备出现故障时,能够实现报警功能,还能发送报警信息与控制信息完成对远程终端的控制与管理。通过远程管理,可以对设备进行预防性维护,降低了设备发生异常状况的概率,提高了设备的运行效率。系统在实验室环境下完成了调试与测试,对以太网和GPRS两种方式进行了数据通信测试。测试结果表明,系统运行可靠,软硬件实现了基本功能,达到了预期的设计目标。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of the emerging technology such as the computer technology, the communication technology and so on in recent years, has promoted the various fields moving towards automation and information, thus speeding up the adjustment and promotion of industrial structure. Traditional remote management system demands a mass of manpower to complete most of the work. Therefore the operational status of the equipment can’t be acquired in time which resulting in high production cost and low efficiency. It’s not adapted to the developmental tendency of information.In this thesis, a new communication mode combined with Ethernet and GPRS is used to build a remote management system to the present situation. This new communication mode can chose different communication mode to complete the remote management depending on different problem which has extended applications of the system.In the first chapter the meaning and background of this paper are introuduced briefly as well as the developing situation. In the following chapters the general design concept, terminal hardware design, software design are accomplished respectively. Finally, the testing and debugging of the system are done.In the hardware design, Micro-controller unit is designed with the ARM microcontroller LPC2378 as its core. The chip with isolation technique is used to design three functional interfaces of RS-232, RS-485 and CAN which are used for acquiring service data. At the end, the communication modules of GPRS and Ethernet are designed. In the software design, the analysis and design of the remote terminal, the communication protocols and the remote management center based on the concept of functional decomposition and modularization are completed.This system can realize the transmission of the service data, handle and store service data. The fault warning function will work when the equipment is out of work. Also the warning information and controll information can be sent to control and manage the remote terminal. According to the remote management, it can effectively achieve not only the preventative maintenance of the equipment but also less the probability of unusual condition and improve the operating efficiency of equipment.The testing of the Ethernet communication and the GPRS communication was done respectively in laboratory. The testing results indicate that the system is reliable with good function. The desired objective is accomplished.
