电压波动与闪变检测及闪变源定向研究

【摘要】 电压波动与闪变是电能质量问题的重要方面,对其进行有效地监测,并找到闪变扰动源,对电能质量问题的治理有重要意义。论文分析了Teager能量算子、Hilbert变换以及平方检测法在不含谐波和含有谐波情况下检测调制系数误差以及计算短时间闪变值Ps t误差的频率特性、幅值特性以及视感度特性。提出从分形的角度考察不同负荷电压、电流的均方根值波动特性,并据此进行闪变源定向,通过PSCAD仿真与实测数据验证了该算法的有效性。最后在LabVIEW平台下,设计了电压波动与闪变检测及定向软件系统,通过输入参数的设置和阈值判断方式的选择,可以实现闪变源的正确定向,并能分析闪变源支路的闪变频率成分和调制系数。

【Abstract】 Voltage fluctuation and flicker is an important aspect of power quality. Taking effective measurements of voltage fluctuation and find out the flicker source are significant to the compensation of voltage fluctuation. This paper analyzed the measurement performance of Teager energy operator, Hilbert transform and square demodulation of flicker without harmonics and with harmonics. After extracting the flicker envelope, the flicker frequency and amplitude error, and short-term flicker severity Ps t error are calculated. Besides the fractal dimension of RMS load voltage and current is presented as the characteristic parameter to tell the difference between the flicker source and non-flicker source. The simulation data by PSCAD and field data show the accuracy of the theory. Finally the flicker detection and source identification system is established by vitual instrument LabVIEW. By setting the input parameters and choosing the way of estimation threshold, the flicker source can be located correctly, and the flicker components and modulation factors can be calculated.
