直驱式风电机组变流控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 随着世界能源问题的日益突出,风力发电技术越来越受到人们的重视,也同时成为各国学者的研究热点,“直驱式风电机组变流系统的设计与研究”是863计划与湘潭电机厂合作的项目,本文主要对风力发电机组变流器的控制进行了分析和研究开发。论文首先分析了风力发电变流技术研究意义和必要性,介绍了国内外风力发电技术的研究现状,当今主要以双馈和直驱两种风力发电为研究方向。然后设计了直驱式风电机组变流控制系统的主电路整体结构,随后详细分析了该拓扑结构的控制策略和工作原理,在比较了当前适合直驱式风力发电机组的各种变流电路的基础上,引出本文重点研究的瞬时值控制策略的概念和具体实现方法,即电机侧变流器采用间接磁场定向矢量控制完成对电机转速的调节,并网逆变器采用同步PI控制实现直流电压恒定和网侧单位功率因数的控制目的。在对其各部分电路工作原理进行了详细分析的基础上,根据控制原理建立了PWM整流器和PWM逆变器的数学模型,给出了MATLAB/Simulink下的仿真结果,结果验证了控制方法的可行性。最后,在仿真基础上对直驱式风力发电变流系统进行了硬件和软件设计,论文详细介绍了变流系统主电路的控制系统的硬件设计,即CPU控制板的设计、IGBT驱动板的设计、电流电压采样板的设计。并给出了每个部分的相关参数、具体的应用电路图和DSP控制软件流程图。最后结果验证了理论分析,表明本文的控制策略和硬件设计具有较好的稳态与动态工作性能,适用于大功率风力发电的场合。
【Abstract】 Wind power system catch people’s attention along with the increasingly prominent of energy problem,at the same time,it becomings a very hot issue in academic research.“The Research and Design of the Direct-driven Wind Power Generation Systems”is a cooperation project of 863 projects and Xiangtan Electrical Manufacturing Factory. This article will analyze and study the control of Wind power converter.At first, this paper analyzed the significance and the necessity of the wind power converter technology. Introduced wind power generation technology research present situation in home and abroad. Today, double-fed and direct-drive wind power for research is to direction. The main circuit overall construction which is direct-driven wind power generation converter is designed. Afterwards, analysis this topology the control strategy and the principle of work, In wind power generation each kind of variable current foundation, the paper drew out the key research the spurt value control strategy concept and the concrete realization,the electrical machinery side used the indirect magnetic field direction detection vector control to complete to the electrical machinery rotational speed adjustment, incorporated the converter to use the synchronized PI control realization DC voltage constant and the net side specific power factor control goal. The paper has established the PWM rectifier and the PWM converter mathematical model according to the control principle, has given under the MATLAB/Simulink simulation result, and finally has confirmed the control method feasibility.At last, in the simulation foundation the system hardware and software is designed. Including the CPU control panel, the IGBT Driven paned, the electric current and voltage pick the model the design. And the paper has given each partial related parameter and the concrete application circuit diagram and the DSP control software flow chart. The final output has confirmed the theoretical analysis, indicated this article the control strategy and the hardware design have the good stable state and the dynamic operating performance, is suitable in the high efficiency wind power generation situation.
