【摘要】 林白水是我国新闻史上著名的报人,先后创办《杭州白话报》、《中国白话报》、《俄事警闻》、《新社会报》、《社会新报》等近10家报纸。他放言高论,针砭时弊,以社会公众的喉舌自居,深受民众青睐。白话在中国新闻史上出现后,承担着灌输新知、启迪民众的功能,林白水所写的政论就是以白话为载体,以激发民族意识、宣传民权观念、抨击黑暗时局为主要内容对民众进行启蒙宣传,取得了较大的成绩。较之梁启超半文半白的报章文体,林白水的政论言辞更为大胆奔放,他采用俗语写作,题材贴近百姓,并创新政论形式,语言辛辣尖刻、冷峭凌厉。这些政论特色的形成,与他强烈的历史责任感、正直敢言的品性、侠骨仗义的风范,以及深厚的旧学修养分不开。我国报纸有“文人论政”的传统,林白水发扬了这一传统。他坚持“说人话,不说鬼话;说真话,不说假话”,并在他的新闻实践中坚守着这一信条。但他的政论也存在一定的局限,逆向的传播思路、非理性的激进心态、脱节的启蒙链条等因素,限制了政论启蒙的效果。瑕不掩瑜,作为中国近代白话文运动的先驱,中国现代报业的先行者,杰出的报刊政论家、报刊事业家和一个坚守社会责任的新闻工作者,他的名字永远在中国新闻史上占有一席之地。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lin Baishui is a famous pressman in the history of Chinese Press. He starts almost 10 kinds of newspapers in successive years, such as : "Press published in popular language in Hangzhou" "Press published in popular language in China" "Russian news" "Journal of New Society" "New press of society", etc. That all of his newspapers are warmly welcomed by the public is due to the character of his riding words to criticise evils of the society and giving the public’s mouthpiece an air of a hero.After the appearance of popular language in history of Press , it takes on the function of inspiring new thoughts and edifying the masses. While the political analyse written by Lin Baishui takes the form of popular language as carrier, and takes the main contest in stimulating a national sense, disseminating civil rights notion and attacking the current political situation, which has made a great achievement. Compared with Liang Qichao’s half literate, hafe verbiage writing style, Lin Baishui’s political analyse tends to be bolder and more vigorous. He wtites in popular languge, with the subject being close to common people; meanwhile, he originates the form of political analyse with bitter, incisive and offensive language. Therefore,the form of his political features can not be divorced from Lin’s intense history responsibility, uprightness character and deep selfcultivation of old learning.There is an old tradition of "the literary figures comment on politicals", with Lin Baishui promoting it. He insists on "saying what a man should say, not saying what a man should not say; speak true words, not speak fasle words", moveover, he sticks to the belief in his press practice. There also exists certain limitation in his political analyse: reversed transmission thought, irrational radical mental attitude and alienated initiating chain,and so on. All of these restrict the effects of political enlightment. As the defects can’t obscure the virture, Lin Baishui, the pioneer of the campaign for popular language in Modern China, a forerunner of Modern China’s Journal as well as an excellent press Journalist and enterpriser, he will engrave his name in the history of Chinese Press.更多还原
