基于京津冀区域经济一体化的物流发展模式研究

【摘要】 基于京津冀区域经济一体化的物流发展模式研究是将区域经济发展理论与区域物流规划技术以及京津冀区域条件相结合的一个新型研究方向。在当前全国的“十一五”发展规划中,以长三角经济区、成都市、珠三角经济区域等为代表的无数省、市地方政府亦是将区域物流发展模式作为一项专题进行研究。文章首先分别介绍了影响区域经济一体化的多重要素和区域物流发展模式的内涵与特点,以及这些要素(地理区位、产业发展、整体经济水平、商贸与市场、物流基础设施建设、自然资源禀赋以及政策)对区域物流发展模式的影响。对京津冀区域多重经济发展影响要素进行系统地分析后,建立了研究京津冀地区物流发展模式的具体架构。首先是构建起京津冀区域物流发展模式的概念模型,接着围绕概念模型的两个核心层面,使用熵权法与层次分析法相结合的方法来评价京津冀区域的经济发展影响要素对该地区区域物流发展的影响。最后进一步结合雷达图和价值曲线分析工具来完成整个京津冀区域物流发展模式的决策。
【Abstract】 Logistics model research based on regional economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a new research direction on the combination of regional economic development theory, regional logistics planning techniques and the conditions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In the current nationwide "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan, municipal local government is also taking the regional logistics development model as a topic for research, such as the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the Pearl River Delta economic region, Chengdu, etc..The article first introduced the multiple impact elements in regional economic integration and the content and features of regional logistics development model. Then analyzing how these factors (geographical location, industry, level of overall economy, trade and marketing, logistics infrastructure, natural resource, policy) work on the regional logistics development pattern.After analyzing multiple impact elements of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region systematically, built the researching structure of regional logistics mode for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. First of all, set up the conceptual model of regional logistics development for the area. Second, focusing on the two core levels of the conceptual, used entropy method combined with the AHP method to evaluate how the elements in the area economy impact the area’s logistics development for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Finally, by using radar map and value of curve analysis tools, completed the decision-making for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region’s area logistics development model.
