【摘要】 目的以兔为模型观察并比较无水酒精和硝酸银溶液去肠粘膜效果,为粘膜处理的试剂选择提供思路.方法25只白兔随机分为五组,每组5只,取20cm回肠段做隔离肠襻,五组分别以(A)无水酒精8分钟(B)无水酒精15分钟(C)6%硝酸银8分钟(D)3%硝酸银15分钟(E)生理盐水8分钟灌注处理隔离之肠段。4周末,葡萄糖吸收试验测定隔离肠袢吸收功能并取标本观察肠粘膜组织学改变,间接反映其分泌功能。结果无水酒精和硝酸银溶液都具有去肠粘膜作用,4个处理组较对照组在形态学具有明显萎缩改变(P<0.01),间接反映了肠段的分泌功能减弱,葡萄糖吸收试验提示处理后肠段吸收功能减弱(P<0.05)。无水酒精8分钟和6%硝酸银8分钟灌注处理肠粘膜去粘膜效果好,对粘膜的吸收和分泌功能都有较好的抑制作用,但两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论无水酒精灌注8分钟和6%硝酸银灌注8分钟处理兔肠粘膜效果确切,能有效抑制吸收和分泌功能,两种方法处理后在组织学形态上未见明显差别,认为硝酸银在处理粘膜时与酒精相比不具明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and compare the de-epithelialization effects of intestine treated with dehydrated alcohol or Silver Nitrate on rabbits model.Methods: Twenty-five rabbits were randomly divided into five groups, five in each group. All rabbits were anesthetized before operation. A 20cm ileum segment was isolated with intact vessel. The ileum segments were treated in each group respectively with:(A)dehydrated alcohol for 8min,(B)dehydrated alcohol for 15min,(C)6%Silver Nitrate solution for 8min(D)3%Silver Nitrate solution for 15min(E)0.9% Sodium Chloride for 8min.At the end of four weeks, we observed the absorptive function of the segments through Glucose-absorption test and also observed the histological changes.Results: Both dehydrated alcohol and Silver Nitrate can effectively de-epithelialize intestinal segments. Comparing with the control group, the mucosa from four treatment groups were atrophied (significance<0.01).The Glucose-absorption test demonstrated the absorptive function of the ileum segments in treated groups was decreased(significance<0.05).The group A and group C has a better result, mucosa from the two groups has fewer absorptive and secretive function, but when comparing the histological changes between them, it shows no significant differences.Conclusion: The de-epithelialization effect is obvious either in group A(by dehydrated alchol for 8min) or in group C(by 6%Silver Nitrate solution for 8min) , the absorptive and secretive function are effectively depressed.
