空时Turbo网格码的研究

【摘要】 移动通信的飞速发展和新业务的不断出现,对有限的频带资源的需求越来越大。开发高效的编码、调制和信号处理技术成为提高无线频率效率的必要手段和当务之急。基于多天线发射分集的空时编码技术是一种应用于无线通信系统的新型的编码/信号处理技术,它能在不增大发射功率和不扩展频带的前提下通过不同的机制来提高无线通信系统的容量和数据速率。空时编码技术将信道编码技术与天线分集技术相结合,大幅度的增加了无线通信系统的容量,为无线传输提供了分集增益和编码增益,并且能够提供远高于传统单天线系统的频带利用率。因此自从空时编码一提出,便在全世界范围内掀起了一股研究热潮,并很有可能被下一代移动通信系统所采用。本文研究的重点是空时编码技术中的空时网格码(STTC)技术和空时Turbo网格码技术。首先对空时网格码(STTC)的编译原理、设计准则和译码性能进行了详细的分析和仿真,接着研究了Turbo码的编译码方法,最后在详细论述空时Turbo网格码的基础上,针对译码提出了优化方案。仿真结果表明,优化方案在性能上接近Log-MAP算法,同时减小了存储量和译码时延,更利于在实际系统中使用。

【Abstract】 With the fast development of mobile communication and emerging services, the demands for the limited frequency resource are booming. To develop highly efficient coding, modulation and signal processing technologies is becoming the most necessary measure to realize these demands. Space-time coding, which is based on multi-antenna transmit diversity, is a new coding/signal processing technique applied to wireless communication systems. It can increase system capacity and data rates through different mechanisms, without spreading the system bandwidth or increasing the transmit power. Space-time coding technology is the combination of channel coding and antenna diversity techniques and it enormously increases the wireless communication system capacity as well as diversity advantage and coding gain. Furthermore, its spectrum efficiency significantly exceeds that of conventional single-antenna systems. Since the advance of space-time coding, there has been an extensive research and it is very likely to be used in next-generation mobile communication systems.The major point of this thesis is to research the space-time trellis code (STTC)techniques and the space-time turbo trellis code techniques. Firstly, the compiling principle and design criteria of STTC, as well as decoding performance, have been analysed and emulated detailedly. The coding and decoding technique of Turbo codes is studied in follow. Finally on the basis of circumstantiating the theory of space-time turbo trellis code, a new class of space-time coding method that aims at improving the decoding performance will be presented. The experiment result indicates that the improved scheme has a smaller storage and time-delay of decoding compared with Log-MAP algorithm, which is more applicable to practical systems.
