有限转角力矩电机作为柴油机电子调速执行机构的设计与研究

【摘要】 本文对有限转角直流力矩电机作为柴油机电子调速执行机构进行了设计与研究。介绍了研制的有限转角力矩电机样机的结构、工作原理及设计特点,建立了有限转角力矩电机的数学模型,并进行了控制策略的研究和系统的仿真优化。在此基础上,开发了力矩电机驱动控制模块,并进行了实验研究。本文所做的研究工作主要有以下几个方面:本文应用电磁原理和机械运动定律,根据有限转角力矩电机样机的具体结构形式和运动方程,进行合理简化,对样机的运动特性进行分析和计算,建立了有限转角力矩电机样机数学模型,在此基础上,建立了样机驱动控制系统仿真模型,通过控制策略仿真优化研究,结果表明采用由位置环、角加速度环、角速度环、电流环构成的四闭环控制器驱动控制方案在本文所研究的方案中为最佳。在对控制策略进行仿真优化研究的基础上,结合数字电路、模拟电路的优缺点,进行了以四闭环控制器为核心的模拟式驱动控制模块的电路设计,主要由转角位置设定输入及传感器失效保护电路、位置检测电路、四闭环控制器电路、逻辑H桥功率驱动电路、三角波产生电路、PWM信号产生电路、电流检测电路及系统所需的其它辅助电路构成。通过对有限转角力矩电机样机及驱动控制模块进行动、稳态性能测试及配机调速性能试验,结果表明本文所设计的样机及驱动控制模块性能良好,与仿真结果一致,达到了预期目标,满足了有限转角力矩电机作为柴油机电子调速执行机构的要求。

【Abstract】 According to the technical desires, a scheme of designing and researching on the limited angle brushless torque motor (LABLTM) used for the electronic governor’s actuator of diesel engine is advanced. In this paper, the structure, principle and design characteristic of LABLTM prototype, is introduced. The main work is to construct the mathematics model of LABLTM prototype, research the controlling strategy, design the driving module of LABLTM prototype and research on the experiments.The research focus on the following implementation.With the electromagnetism principle and the machine movement rule, according to the idiographic configuration and movement equation of the LABLTM prototype, this paper does the logical predigestion, analyzes and calculates movement characteristic of LABLTM prototype, establishes the mathematics model. Based on that, this paper built up the simulation model of the controlling system.Though the optimizing and researching on the controlling strategy, the paper uses the four-closed loop controller scheme that made up of the loop of position, the loop of angle’s acceleration, the loop of angle’s speed and the loop of current as the optimal strategy in this paper.Based on researching on the controlling strategy and integrating the merit and disadvantage between the digital circuit and the analog circuit, this paper uses the analog circuit to design the controlling module ,which uses the four-closed loop controller as its core, it mainly makes up of the given inputting circuit of angle’s position, the sensor invalidation protecting circuit, the position detecting circuit, the four-closed loop controller circuit, the logical H-bridge circuit of power driving, the triangle wave producing circuit, the PWM producing circuit, the current detecting circuit and others assistant circuits that the controlling system needs.The prototype of the LABLTM and the driving module were tested on steady and dynamic performance and electronic governor’s experiments. The result shows that the prototype LABLTM and the driving module were satisfied of the designing demand, with good performance and meeting of the simulating result. It satisfied for the demand of the electronic governor’s actuator of diesel engine.
