广藿香叶指纹图谱及其血清药物化学研究

【摘要】 本文以广藿香叶为研究对象,对其进行较为系统的指纹图谱及其血清药物化学研究。通过查阅大量文献资料,对目前国内外中药指纹图谱研究概况、广藿香的理化性质、广藿香叶指纹图谱研究现状以及血清药物化学研究作出了综述性总结,目的在于确定本实验研究对象,为下一步实验奠定理论基础。采用薄层色谱法对不同产地的广藿香药材的不同部位及不同成分进行比较研究,研究其间差异,比较其质量不同;本文首次采用紫外分光光度法对不同产地的广藿香叶中总黄酮含量进行测定,为广藿香叶的质量控制提供一种简便快速有效的新方法。应用ICP-MS依次检查了药材中人体必需的微量元素铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)等元素的含量,初步探讨了广藿香药材的药效作用与微量元素之间的联系。采用液相色谱仪分别对18批广藿香叶进行色谱指纹图谱研究,同时对仪器的精密度、方法的重现性以及药材供试品溶液的稳定性进行了考察,并结合《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004版》软件和《SPSS》软件对广藿香叶指纹图谱进行了尝试性研究,希望能以此填补目前广藿香药材质控方面的不足。并在对广藿香叶指纹图谱研究基础之上,应用血清药物化学的理论和方法首次对广藿香叶口服后血清中移行成分及其药效相关性进行研究,确定广藿香叶血中移行成分,为其药效物质基础研究提供可行方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on this study leaves patchouli,the more its evaluation of the quality system.Access to information through the extensive literature on the current domestic and international profile fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine,physical and chemical properties of patchouli,patchouli status of the fingerprint of chemical drugs and serum studies were reviewed and summed up the purpose of this study is to determine the study,to lay the theoretical foundation for the next experiment.TLC use of different origin of the ingredients in different parts patchouli and a comparative study of different ingredients on which differences,compare their quality of different paper used in UV spectrophotometry of different origin of the patchouli Of the total content of flavonoids,patchouli leaves the quality control to provide a simple and rapid and effective new approach.
