【摘要】 植物源农药来源于自然,属生物农药中的一种。能在自然界降解,一般不会污染环境及农产品,在环境和人体中积累毒性的可能性不大,对人和牲畜相对安全,对害虫天敌伤害小,且害虫对其难以产生抗体,具有低毒、低残留的特点,能够保持农产品的高品质,因此植物源农药具有广阔的市场。它在国内外的应用都得到了广泛的认可,本文就白头翁素的两种衍生物对供试植物的发芽、生长实验、微生物病原菌抑制实验、叶绿素抑制及细胞伸长等方面的实验得到以下结论:根据发芽率、生长、根部吸收及茎叶处理等外部处理实验得知,两种白头翁衍生物对供试植物的外部生长实验方面都有明显的抑制作用,其中Br代白头翁素(Ⅰ)在对植物的发芽及生长方面实验中,对供试植物的各项指标都有很好的抑制作用,在生长实验中浓度为125mg/L时就已和对照都有显著差异;而在对Br代白头翁素(Ⅱ)的实验中,在对根部吸收实验及水稻生长实验中表现出对稗草的抑制效果明显超出对水稻的作用。可见其在对植物处理时已有一定的选择性。在微生物病原菌抑制及电导率实验上,两种白头翁衍生物都表现出对供试病原菌有显著的抑制作用,尤其对玉米大斑病的抑制效果最为明显;在电导率实验上,两种衍生物都在处理浓度为100mg/L时在对萝卜的电导率处理上没有变化,可为在此浓度下对萝卜地区做除草实验得到理论依据。在叶绿素合成抑制的实验上,Br代白头翁素(Ⅰ)表现出在浓度为125mg/L处理时就已经对供试植物的叶绿素合成起到了完全抑制作用:Br代白头翁素(Ⅱ)则随着浓度的逐渐升高表现出抑制程度越来越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Botanical pesticides,a kind of Biological Pesticides,which roots in the nature. They don’t pollute environment and agriculture products usually and have low toxicity in people.They are relatively safe for people and livestock and they hurt little on natural enemies of insect pests.They can maintain the high quality of agriculture products.So they will have expansive market.And they have been widely recognized at home and broad.The paper tell the germination、growth、microbial pathogens’ check experiment、chlorophyl’s emperiment and cell elongation of the Anemonin with Br.The conclusion showed that:According to the experiment of the germination rate,growth,root absorption and deal with the stems and leaves.Two kinds of Anemonin with Br all represent obvious restraint effect in the experiment of growth.And in the experiment of germination rate and growth Anemonin with Br(Ⅰ) have obvious check rate in any test.It have obvious difference with comparison in the growth experiment when the dose is 125mg/L. Anemonin with Br(Ⅱ) have more obvious effects in barnyard grass than in the rice in the experiment of root absorbability and rice growth.So it has choice in dealing plants.Two kinds of Anemonin with Br all represent high check rate in microbial pathogens’ check experiment and conductivity experiment.Especially they have obvious check rate in Exserohilum turcicum.They don’t have change in the conductivity experiment with the dose of 100mg/L.So,they can have a experiment to kill weed in the green radish area.In the experiment of chlorophyl check,Anemonin with Br(Ⅰ) restrain all the chlorophyl content.Anemonin with Br(Ⅱ) restrain the content with the dose up.更多还原
