河北省山区主要公路地质灾害评价及治理方法研究

【摘要】 河北省山区公路通车里程长,公路沿线地质灾害频发,道路设施和人民生命财产安全受到严重威胁,严重影响到了当地的经济建设和社会发展,但目前还未开展过相关的专题研究,本研究是首个系统研究河北省山区公路地质灾害评价和防治的项目。本文以河北山区公路沿线频发的崩塌、滑坡、泥石流为主要研究对象,在理论分析、资料收集和野外测量的基础上,对各种地质灾害的分类、基本特征和形成机制进行了研究,对灾害发育现状和危害进行了评估;选取了合适的灾害发生影响因子,采用黄金分割法确定各影响因子的权重,建立了地质灾害危险性的评判模型,并用模型对多条干线公路地质灾害的样本点进行了危险性预测和评价。针对山区地质环境的复杂性,选取主要的控制性因素,利用层次分析法确定在地质灾害发生过程中所起的作用和方式既复杂、又很模糊的各种因素的权值,建立了山区公路地质灾害危险性综合评估指标体系;应用二级模糊评判理论,对公路路段的危险性进行综合评判,本文选择省道202井陉—赞皇段进行实例分析,在危险性评判的基础上进行了地质灾害危险性分区;对具体的灾害点的治理要具体问题具体分析,文中选取若干灾害点为例,对灾害点进行了岩土工程条件分析,考虑各种地质因素和工程地质条件,制定出具体的处理措施和施工方案。

【Abstract】 There is long highways in mountain area of Hebei, frequent occurring of geological hazard. So road infrastructure, people’s life and property have been threatened, and the local economic construction and social development have been influenced. Up to now, people is not accomplished comparative research in thid field, this reseach is the first systematic study on on assessment and prevention method of Geological Hazards in the Highway of Mountain Area in Hebei.Being based on frequent occurring collapse, landslide and debris flow as mian object of studys, The article, according to theoretical analysis, data acquisition and field survey, researches the classification, basic feature and formative mechanism and assess the status and endanger of every kind of geological hazards; In the article, Behind selecting suitable influence factors of geological hazard and determining weight of every factor by golden-section search means, risk evaluation Models of geological hazard are constructed and are used in risk forecasting assessment of many geological hazard places in several trunk highway.In complicated geologic environment of mountain area, the article chooses mian controlling factors, determines the weight of every factor by AHP whose actions and modes are very indistinct and complex in the generating process of geological hazard, builds target system of the comprehensive risk assessment of geological hazard in highway of mountain area; The article discuss comprehensive risk assessment of highway based on the second class fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then, make the hazard zoing taking the example of Provincial road 202 from Jingxing to Zanhuang; In the end, according to the principle of concrete analysis of concrete problems the article chooses several hazard places and analyzes their geological factors and geological condition of project formulates concrete dispose measure and construction plan.
