火山岩储层地层压力预测技术研究

【摘要】 精确的地层压力预测是实现优质、高效、安全钻井和完井的前提,也是油气层保护的关键环节。只有掌握了地层压力参数,才能采用合理的钻井液和完井液密度,提高钻完井质量,为后续的采油开发作业打下坚实的基础。现有地层压力预测方法都是建立在泥质沉积物欠压实引起地层异常高压和地层孔隙度增大的基础之上的,没有考虑欠压实以外的异常压力形成机制,不适用于非泥页岩地层以及沉积不完整地区的地层压力预测。由于火山岩储层孔隙空间的形成不受沉积压实控制的影响,基于沉积压实理论的地层压力预测方法在火山岩储层应用存在理论上的缺陷。本文在分析现有地层压力预测方法的基础上,针对火山岩储层的的形成特征,探讨其异常压力的形成机理,在此基础上从岩石力学的角度出发,用有效应力定理反映异常压力形成的宏观机理,通过岩石超声波试验研究火山岩储层岩石有效应力同声波测井资料之间的函数关系,使用岩石受力平衡公式建立徐家围子断陷火山岩储层地层压力预测模型。该方法建立在有效应力定理的基础上,具有坚实的理论基础,同时不需要建立正常压实趋势线,大大减少了人为因素对检测结果的影响,具有精度高和可靠性好的特点,为火山岩储层地层压力预测理论提出了新的思路和方法。
【Abstract】 The exact pore pressure prediction is not only premise for good, efficiency and safe drilling and completion,but also the key portion for protecting hydrocarbon reservoir. There must be precise parameters of reservoir pressure, then drilling and completing quality can be improved with reasonable density of drilling and completion fluid. It will set concrete basement for future exploitation.Most of present pore pressure predicting methods based on formation uncompaction which causes abnormal pressure and increased porosity in the area of argillaceous sediment don’t consider the forming mechanism of abnormal pressure beyond uncompaction . These methods are not suitable for non-argillutite formation and the fragmental sediment. Because the forming of Volcanic Reservoir pore volume isn’t effected by sedimentary compaction, pore pressure prediction technique based on sedimentary compaction theory has deficiency in theory when it is applied in Volcanic Reservoir. Based on the limitations of present methods, the forming mechanism of abnormal pressure is researched, aiming at the volcanic reservoir developing characteristic. Rock mechanics is inducted and the forming macro mechanism of abnormal pressure is reflected by effective stress law. By rock supersonic testing, we have searched the functional relation between effective stresses of volcanic reservoir rock and sonic logging datas. From the rock strained balance equation, the predicting model of volcanic pore pressure is built in Xu-Jiaweizi volcanic reservoir.The new method is based on effective stress law, which has compact theoretical base. This method doesn’t need to build normal compact trend line, which greatly declines the effect of artificial factor on testing result , it has high accuracy and excellent certainty and provides new clue and method for pore pressure prediction technique in volcanic reservoir.
