自动铝带绕片机的数字化设计

【摘要】 随着机械产品功能要求日益增多,产品更新换代的周期缩短,使得传统的设计方法逐渐被现代设计方法所取代。数字化设计技术涵盖了现代设计的最新技术,同时又是现代设计的前提,对其进行研究十分必要。绕片机是生产翅片管的专用设备,而我国现有的绕片机多属于半机械半手工的操作方式,效率低、质量不稳定、规格少。由于社会上对绕片机的需求量日益增大,因此有必要对铝带绕片机进行数字化设计研究。本文主要从自动铝带绕片机的功能要求出发,对各个部分的功能进行了研究,并最终提出了完整的总体设计方案;本文以Pro/E为三维设计平台,对绕片机中的上料装置、传送装置、加工装置和下料装置进行了详细的结构设计。并且,在Pro/E平台上对各个部分进行装配和整体仿真。本文考虑到绕片机在整个装配和仿真过程中会出现干涉等因素,因此在整个设计过程中始终以并行工程为指导思想,并结合面向装配设计技术(DFA),对装配仿真进行检测和分析。最后,运用ANSYS分析工具对绕片机的主要部件进行动态模拟分析,确保部件能够达到要求。本文解决了传统绕片机的半机械、半手工的操作方式,效率低,质量不稳定,规格少的问题;实现了产品螺距的无级调速,并可实现程序管理、参数预设置、自动和手动的功能。能够有效地提高企业的生产效率和自动化水平,并最终提高企业在市场上的竞争力。

【Abstract】 With the request for the mechanical product function is increasing day by day and the product updating time is reducing, the traditional design methodology is gradually replaced by modern design methodology. It is necessary to study the digital design technique because it covers the latest technology of modern design and is also the prerequisite for modern design. The aluminous-winding machine is special equipment for producing the wing piece tube, and our existing winding machines belong to the semi-mechanical and semi-manual operation method which has low efficiency, unstable quality and fewer specifications. Because of the increasing requirement for it in our society, it is necessary to study the aluminous-winding machine with the digital design techniques.The functions of each part are researched and finally the whole design plan is proposed on the basis of the auto aluminous-winding machine’s function requests. The loading equipment, the transport unit, the processing equipment and the unloading equipment of the auto aluminous-winding machine are designed in detail with Pro/E regarded as a three dimensional design platform. The assemblage and the simulation of each part are carried on in Pro/E platform. Considering interference and other factors in the entire assembly and the simulation process of the auto aluminous-winding machine, the examining and analysis of the assembly and simulation are carried on with the instruction of concurrent engineering and with the integration of DFA (Design for Assembly) technology. Finally, the dynamically simulation analysis of the major parts of the auto aluminous-winding machine is carried on with the ANSYS analysis tools to guarantee that these parts can achieve requests.The problems of half machinery, half manual operation way, low efficiency, unstable quality and few specification of the tradition auto aluminous-winding machine are solved in this thesis. The series of the modulating velocity of the product screw-pitch gauge are realized, and the program management, parameter pre-establishment, automatic and manual functions are realized too. The production efficiency and automatization level of the enterprise can be enhanced, and finally the competitive ability of the enterprise can be improved.
