【摘要】 本文通过对国内外办公自动化、视频监控系统的研究,结合本单位现有很多办公应用系统,如办公自动化系统、远程视频监控系统、视频会议系统等自成体系,互不兼容的情况。认为现有办公自动化系统不能实现日常办公所实现的功能,若能构建一套融现有办公自动化常用功能、远程IP监控、视频会议系统和即时通讯为一体、具有可视功能的办公平台,将是对全面数字化办公的有效探索和尝试。通过该多媒体办公平台,可利用现有的网络资源实现网上公文流转,对本级和各下属单位实施有效管理、监控,同时通过即时通讯系统以及视频会议系统的应用,实现统一平台上的公文流转、视频通讯、视频监控、快速调度为一体的多功能平台应用,为办公决策提供方便。为此,本文仔细研究了国内外现有办公系统的现状、发展的局限性和未来发展方向,比较了办公自动化开发平台和视频监控系统的发展,对视频编码标准发展方向、数字视频传输技术和音频编码国际标准进行了分析,为更好地设计多媒体办公平台打下基础。同时,本文也对多媒体办公平台进行了设计,对涉及到的技术进行了介绍。多媒体办公平台系统在软件上由信息发布、远程视频监控、视频会议、即时通讯几个模块组成,硬件上分为服务器端、客户端、网络传输设备和视频前端设备,能分级实现对某省军区系统千余用户的远程监控、即时通讯、视频会议、信息发布等应用,达到了一个平台多种应用的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the incompatibility of office automation system, remote video monitoring system and video conference system in author’s company,the article researches the domestic and foreign office automation and video monitor system.The author think that the exiting systems can not meet the request of office.The author try integrate these independent system to the overall office platform which achieve the complete digital office.The client can use this multimedia office platform and the exiting network to transmit file and manage the company.In the meanwhile,with real communication and video meeting,this platform can archieve many functions such as file transmission,video communication,video monitor,and so on which support office decision.Therefore, this article researches limit and development trend of the domestic and foreign existing office systems, office automation development platform and development of video monitor system,and analyze the development of video coding standard,digital video transmission technology and international standards for audio coding,finally,establish the model of office plaform system based multimedia.This article design the construction plan of this platform and introduce relevant techniques.The software of the multimedia office platform consist of information pulishment,remote video monitor,video meeting,real communication.The hardware system of this platform consist of server,client and video front.In military management,this platform can achieve integrated application such as remote monitor,real communication,video meeting, information pulishment and so on for thousands of users.更多还原
