自锚式悬索—斜拉组合结构桥梁缆索体系施工过程静力学特性研究

【摘要】 自锚式悬索-斜拉组合体系桥梁是一种特殊的桥梁结构形式,桥塔的一侧为自锚式悬索体系一侧为斜拉索体系,因此兼有自锚式悬索桥和斜拉桥的特点,其构造复杂,给设计、制造、施工带来较大难度,尤其在施工阶段,缆索体系呈现出严重的非线性特征。本文根据现有研究成果和国内外相关文献,在悬索桥分析理论、斜拉桥分析理论、桥梁结构非线性分析理论及非线性有限元法的基础上,对自锚式悬索-斜拉组合结构桥梁缆索体系在施工过程中的静力学特性进行研究。具体研究内容如下:1.基于结构计算分析理论,采用空间模型,通过简化和精确的索体系分析步骤对空间缆索桥梁的成桥状态和空缆状态主缆线形进行分析,确定成桥状态下主缆线形、分缆力、吊杆力、斜拉索力以及空缆状态主缆线形,并对缆索体系应力幅和安全储备进行检算。2.采用有限元对自锚式悬索-斜拉组合结构桥梁缆索体系的受力特点进行仿真分析,确定吊杆合理张拉方案,并对缆索体系在施工过程中的的静力学特性进行分析,得出缆索体系在施工过程中的力学变化规律。3.以实桥工程为研究对象,结合仿真分析提出实桥施工过程主缆线形和索力动态监测方法,并将计算结果与实测结果进行对比分析,验证监测方法的有效性和分析方法的合理性。

【Abstract】 Self-anchored suspension-cable-stayed combined structure system bridge is a kind of special bridge structural style,which bridge tower one side is self-anchored suspension system,other side is cable-stayed system,so it has both self-anchored suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge characteristics.This kind of Combined structure system is a complicated structure,which give design and manufacture and construction to bring relatively large difficulty,especially in construction stage,which cable system present serious nonlinear. Based on existing research results and the relevant literature at home and abroad,which include the theory of suspension bridge,cable-stayed bridge,and non-linear structure,aiming at cable system of self-anchored Suspension-cable-stayed combined structure system bridge, which statics characteristic were studied on construction stage.Main research contents to be as follows:1.Based on structure analysis theory,using space model,by simplified and accurate analysis procedure of cable system,the linetypes of the cable on the final stageand initial stage are catculated,determining final cable curve,separate cable force,suspender force, stay-cable force and initial cable curve,and puting forward check-calculation method of cable system’s stress amplitudea nd emergency capacity.2.By using the finite element,stress characteristics of self-anchored suspension-cable -stayed combined structure system Bridge is analysed,determining suspender reasonable stretching plan,then analysing statics characteristic of cable system,and determining mechanical change law of cable system on construction process.3.To take real bridge project for research object,combining with simulation analysis, dynamic monitoring method of real bridge cable curve and cable tension is proposed,then it has conducted comparative analysis of calculation results and measured results,which is verified effectiveness of monitoring method and reasonableness of analysis method.
